Staff on reception were efficient and helpful. Couldn't have been better. The room was large and comfortable. It was 10 minutes walk from the station and close to the centre.

The hotel had everything I needed during my brief stay in Zagreb. It is close to the main bus station. I asked for a quiet room and got the one overlooking the backyard side. The bed was comfortable, so I had a good night's rest. The reception staff were both kind and efficient during check-in and check-out. The breakfast selection seemed quite good (nice touch to add local 'strukli'), but I didn't have enough time to enjoy it. The hotel is also within walking distance of the city center (approx. 30-minute walk to the main square) and there is a supermarket nearby.
