Absolutely beautiful setting and property. Our room was lovely and had everything we wanted. Loved the evening treats and bedtime stories left on the bed. Breakfast was fabulous and we were able to sit outside overlooking the valley. Stunning. The pool area was fabulous with a spa area below. The staff were fabulous too. Loved everything!

We booked the apartment the day we moved in. Didn't have any expectations and just wanted to stay somewhere overnight near Grožnjan. Firstly, the owners were very kind and let us move in very late, later than checking in hours. They just trusted us and left the keys on the door to the house. The whole atmosphere was like from very magical movie about country getaway. It was an amazing location to wake up at. We made nice coffee, enjoyed in the terrace and ate our own breakfast in such a lovely yard surrounded by greenery and bricked house. It was amazing for such one night stay in the middle of our journey. Room was cozy and small, so not for week-long stay. We would recommend adding anti-insect nets to the rooms, as we as people from big cities would want to enjoy as much fresh air and night with open windows as possible, but when we moved in we had some big insects in our room.

The place is very quiet, you can hear birds chirping in the morning. The hosts are very friendly, and the yard is perfectly arranged. The apartment is equipped with all the necessary appliances, spices and all other small things that are needed for the kitchen. The hostess even left us food to prepare breakfast.
Parking is provided in the yard. There are many nice restaurants in the area. The sea is not far, but Istria also has many beautiful places to visit on the continent.
All in all, every recommendation for a stay. We will definitely come back to this wonderful place.

The place is spacious and comfortable. We got to use the outside grilling area which was pretty modern and had a nice atmospehere. On the ground floor there is the bathroom, kitchen, livingroom. On the upper floor two bedrooms and a balcony. The balcony is large and has enough furniture for 4. The kitchen had everything you could ask for: fridge, freezer, oven, stove, microvawe, electric mixer, electric kettle, plenty of knives plus pots and pans that seemed pretty new, they weren't scrached to hell like in most apartments. There's also a lot of extra foodstuff like oil or tea if you forgot to bring something.

It is a really nice, well equipped apartment. The host is very helpful and kind. The neighborhood is very calm and the location is great, Buje is a few minutes by car, the beach is a 20 minute drive. Beautiful region.

Fantastic staff, beautiful place, spa, the rom was enourmous. We took a "Beer bath" that I highly recommend.

Cute place outside of Buje. The spot to be for Croatian wine. Not fully finished on the outside, but inside it was comfy and welcoming. For the price charged it is a steal!
