Zdravko (the owner) is a very kind person. He helps in everything, told us good tips in restaurants, beaches, shops, etc. We got some gift from him when we had arrived (olive oil, cherry brandy). The apartment is relly clean and very close (200-300 meters) to the nearest beach. There is a new beach in Brodarica (called Rezaliste) which is a fully built with lots of services (3 minutes by car, 20 minutes by walk from the apartment).

Location is excelent. Map on booking.com shows wrong location, the house is actualy about 200m from Beach bar Gaj, which is on, in my opinion, the best beach in Brodarica.

Very calm, small and offering a very comfortable Rezaliste beach with huge parking free of charge. Situated in a very picturesque place close to Sibenik city. A lot of small marinas, one bigger dock with ferry to neighbouring Krapnj Island. Perfect place for long walks.

A really quiet town in our experience, not much night life,...
A really quiet town in our experience, not much night life, which is great for families and people who just want to rest.
As for restaurants, most of them are busy but we were able to get a table without booking.
We found only one café where they offered lactose free options for milk, and even they ran out of it for the next day.
Locals are helpful and nice to tourists.

Brilliant hosts, lovely small garden at our disposal as well as the patio in front of the appartement. The accommodation was very well situated for taking the ferry across to the neighbouring Krapanj island as well as a local bus to the nearby historic town of Šibenik.

It is a small town with a newly built beach.
It is a small town with a newly built beach. Good infrastructure. Well thought out. Monument lovers can visit nearby Sibenik or Split. A great place to relax (there is no crowds and commerce) and you can easily get to beautiful beaches.

The apartment was so nicely decorated. They have seriously thought about how to make you feel like you are in a luxury hotel even though you are in a small apartment! The bed was comfortable, the shower was great and the room was full of light. The apartment is just a few minutes walk from the beach and from the ferry port which takes you to the island of Krapanj which is well worth visiting. Brodarica is a small town not yet on the list of top destinations in Croatia so it was lovely and peaceful, there was always space on the beach.

There was very clean and pleasant in the apartman.Everything we needed was at home including the washing machine and dishwasher. Beautiful view from the balcony to the see.🦑🐟🐠.Only 5 minutes by the walk to the best beach 🏖 in Brodarica.
Only 2 km by car 🚘 to the big shopping 🛒 center and 5 km to the Old town Šibenik.
I think we will return for sure to Nada Apartman next time
We had a great stay at Pinea Sol! Mirela gave us a warm welcome with some fresh fruit and water. The apartment is like the pictures, very clean and it has all the things you need. Well equiped kitchen and a nice balcony. It is just a 5 min walk from the beach and by car close to Sibenik and other sights, very convenient location.

We had everything we needed here. The private parking space is easily accessible from the main road. We really enjoyed the seaview. We found Brodarica's local beach really good. There are plenty free parking space just 10 meters from the beach. It seems to be quite new. It is equipped with many showers, public toilet, changing rooms, bars and restaurants as well.
