Nice location, right off the main street and a 10 minute walk from the lake shore. The wifi was fast and reliable. I stayed in two different rooms for the duration of my stay. The view and the comfort of the room depends on which cool you're staying in, but in general, both rooms were comfortable enough for a short-term stay. They also offer free coffee and tea near the front office. The staff was professional and attentive.

The hotel property and views are simply beautiful. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Fresh water jugs are strategically placed to make refilling easy, without having to walk all the way up the steep stairs every time you need water. All the spectacular plants are tastefully labeled/identified for likeminded plant enthusiasts.

The grounds are beautifully maintained, the landscaping, plants, flowers, hummingbirds, pool, infinity edge jacuzzi, views of the lake, hotel decor, the alter for Dia de los Muertos, staff were all amazing!

The view is unbeatable and the facilities are beautiful and feel truly luxurious. The bathrooms are large and you've never had such a view while taking a shower. There's so many little details added to make the stay so very special. It was a unique and unforgettable experience. The staff is very friendly and willing to help with anything you need.
We stayed on the higher level rooms located 150 steps up, near to the infinity pool and jacuzzi. It was always worth climbing up with those incredible views of the lake. I stayed in various places around the lake and this view was just unmatchable.
