Stayed here at the beginning of low season, and really enjoyed some peace and quiet.
The staff of the hotel and the restaurant were very nice and polite, helpful with every aspect of the stay. The room was clean and comfortable, cleaned every day, having everything a person would need. The hotel is on the beach, with free parking in the yard, easily accessible. No complaints whatsoever. Will come back for sure.

It’s a lovely small village with friendly and welcoming people.
The sea is stunning and the area perfect to relax. Few bars and restaurants around and by the seaside make it a perfect place to stay and feel the Greek vibe.
Better to rent a car if you want to visit around as public transport is very basic, although there are transportation from main cities, like Nafplio or Athens. In case you don’t want to go around, then it is perfect if you want just to chill on the beach and relax.
Highly recommended.

Xiropigado is a small town on the seaside.
Xiropigado is a small town on the seaside. You can get there by car: about 180 km from Athens. It is not overcrowded and has everything you need for the relaxing vacation: excellent beach equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds, several restaurants and two grocery stores. There are larger cities within 15-20 min drive: Nafplio, Astros and Argos where you can find more restaurants and shops as well as historical places.

Finally, this is the day when we got to Kxiropigado!
Finally, this is the day when we got to Kxiropigado! It was early morning. We easily found Ksenia’s house, she very well pointed out in the photo how to find it! We were met by the owner of the magical apartment - Ksenya. We understood that the apartment was like that We just entered it! the furnishings fully corresponded to the description without embellishment, so I will not describe everything that is there, EVERYTHING is there!!!!!!!! Everything to make us feel at home. Breakfast was waiting for us in the refrigerator, which Ksenia had carefully left for us. We arrived with our beloved little dog Gucci. Ksenia took care of her too, a bowl and a toy were waiting for her! She received gifts very often!) the biggest The view of the sea left an impression in our memory. Going out onto the veranda (which also has everything for relaxation) you can see in the distance the old city of the first capital of Greece, Naphlion. In the mornings you can hear the voices of birds and the sound of the sea, it’s super! And in the evening we enjoyed the silence with numerous lights , which were visible in the distance and the bottomless starry sky! the sea is a few steps away, there on the beach Ksenia placed sun loungers and a large umbrella. Every day we enjoyed the sun and sea. And what sunrises there are! they cannot be forgotten, just as care cannot be forgotten, with whom Ksenia surrounded us! She thought out everything down to the smallest detail, so that while relaxing we didn’t have to think about anything! We didn’t have to think about where to park the car since there was a parking space! We just enjoyed our vacation! And this is partly thanks to Ksenia! Thank you so much! We had a wonderful time and will definitely return to this heavenly place! A place you want to return to!!!!!! Thank you!

The beach is full of stones.
The beach is full of stones. There is no acceptable beach in the vicinity either. Stones at the beach are so big that you can not enter the sea easily. The place is small, it has a few restaurants, cafes and minimarkets. If you are a beach lover avoid it.

Xiropigado is a delightful place.
Xiropigado is a delightful place. Small and cosy is how I would describe it. Stunning views across the sea and a stunning mountain backdrop.
The people I met were all amazing. Polite and very welcoming.
This was my first visit to Xiropigado and I will definitely be going back.
If you are looking for somewhere off the beaten tourist route then Xiropigado is well worth considering.
I stayed at the Blue Sky Studios which is fantastic. They have their own taverna and the food is delicious and traditional. They also provide sun loungers with umbrellas. The owners and staff are wonderful and really appreciate their guests.

We used it as a stopover driving back from deeper in the Peloponnese. It was fine for a one night stay but not worth a detour for or for a longer holiday. The bay is beautiful and we were very Satisfied with the accommodation for a one night stay.
The second floor rooms had a splendid view of the sea. Nice, clean, and friendly family run hotel placed right on a not to crowded beach, in quiet little village, exactly what we hoped for a relaxing holyday. Parking available. Small supermarket close enough. Good restaurant (terrace with sea-view) at the same location.
Very well designed house, modern, functional equipment, it was great home for us (two families, 2+3, 2+1) for almost three weeks. Xiropigado has
beatifull beaches, everything is near...paradise uncovered :-) Hosts were nice and helpfull...thank you !!
We loved our holliday here. All was perfect, clean, quiet, more like 5 stars hotels. They clean all space everyday, change sheets and towels every two days, even the beach and sunbeds are spotless. Thank you, we will come back.
First time stay and we loved it. Lovely family owned hotel at an amazing sea front location with sea view. Just a step a way from the main beach with great size balcony and friendly and helpful people!
