The room we stayed in was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, with a private balcony that had breathtaking views of the sea. We enjoyed waking up to the sound of gentle waves and a beautiful sunrise each morning.
The hotel’s pool area was a highlight of our stay—immaculate, with plenty of sunbeds to relax on. There’s also a private beach just a few steps away, which is perfect for a refreshing swim or a peaceful day by the water.
Every member of the staff was friendly, professional, and eager to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. From the front desk team, who were always available to offer great recommendations, to the restaurant staff who ensured our dining experiences were top-notch, we felt truly well taken care of.
Speaking of dining, the restaurant at The Bay Hotel & Suites was very good. The food was delicious, with a mix of Greek specialties and international dishes, all made with fresh, local ingredients. The breakfast buffet was fantastic—full of variety, and perfect to start the day with a view of the sea.

The location was as expected, close to the beach , you can exist directly from the property to the beach. The room size is big, we had a balcony and air conditioner, the cleanliness was ok , you can see that the building is a little bit old but nothing to disturb our vacation. The person at the reception was very polite and calm and he tried to provide for everything we asked. Each day the room was cleaned , but if you want to change the towels leave the dirty ones on the floor like in the big hotels. They have a pool that was clean even after a storm in the morning the pool was cleaned. You can find restaurants very close , walking distance.

Vasilikos was fantastic. The beaches in this part of the island are sandy and well-organized, making them perfect for a relaxing day by the sea. Everything was easy to access and ideal for spending time at the beach.

vasilikos is a quiet part of the island, hotels/apartments are smaller, simple. no party zone there. nice, sandy beach, with small stones at the water border, so bathing shoes are helpful. you can book trips from the hotel, public bus system during the day hourely. zykynthos town and port are nice to visit, also small villages in the inner of the island. famous: shipwreck bay

Aragassi (where the bars are open at night) and the capital are not far away and you can get there by bus or taxi.

Vasilkos is laid back island life at its finest. It's easy to take the bus into the main area of the island if you crave the hustle and bustle, but being steps from the beach and the soft ocean breeze in the night made the experience unforgettable.

It is spacious and accommodated two families easily. The swimming pool is lovely. We used the charcoal BBQ often. The views were great and the higher position brought cooling breezes both times we visited this villa. The bedrooms and lounge have air conditioning. Housekeeping came twice a week which was an unexpected bonus. The villa owner is very friendly and helpful, responding to any messages promptly during the holiday. Great place to stay for accessing all the beautiful Vasilikos beaches (car necessary).
We had a lovely stay in the bay hotel. The staff is all very friendly and kind. Breakfast has a great variety. The rooms and the hotel has a nice modern, boho style. The beach is nice and clean.
Negatives - The hotel needs to get some better tennis rackets. The courts are good but the rackets need replacing.
Perfect location for a relaxing Greek holiday. Over 20+ years we have stayed in various apartments in Vasilikos. This is one of the best. Everything is quality, the apartment was spacious and airy. The hosts are super friendly and always around to help with any queries. We felt very looked after.
Although the breakfast is not anything special (just the bread, butter, jam, honey, cheese or ham + coffee and juice), everything else is perfect. For a very affordable price you get hotel in a perfect location to either Beach or supermarket and very welcoming owners. :)
