This is a beautifully renovated pristine set of rooms with hand painted ceilings and lovely bathrooms. Location is steps from an excellent taverna, the Epirus walking trail to Astraka hut, and the village park lot - yet it is very quiet. Dimitrios was a wonderful host, helping us clarify our hiking trail, giving us food for our packed lunches, bringing us afternoon coffee and cakes on the pretty garden patio Breakfast is plentiful and coffee is good. We now recommend this place to other walkers.

The hotel is perfectly situated 5 minutes from the centre and a gorgeous view over the valleys below. The two sisters who run it are delightful, nothing was too much trouble. They made sure we had everything we needed, the rooms were spotlessly clean, very comfortable and cosy when the weather was cooler. The beds are also really comfortable, extra long too.
Breakfast is wonderful with plenty of choice and lots of homemade jams and cakes, fresh eggs, fruit... So many things!
We stayed for 5 nights and would have loved to stay longer, it's a super place to base yourself to explore this fantastic area.

Such a lovely atmospheric village! The room was quite special ... lots of character. The garden was lively too, and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony having a drink. They were going to supply breakfast as a bonus, but we had to leave by 8:30am, unfortunately.

such a beautiful property to stay in the middle of the mountains. the owner Christos is one of the nicest and most welcoming persons I’ve met in my years of travel. The room was massive. Breakfast was not much regarding variety but it was fully handmade, made to order from locally sourced produce (handmade butter and handmade jam) local eggs and handmade pies just from the oven. The night we arrived we ordered drinks and food kept coming without even asking.
Kostas our host was super welcoming, my friend and I immediately felt at home thanks to the friendliness and nice touches provided in this family owned hotel.
The bedroom was big and cosy, the breakfast was served in front of the fire place with some homemade delicacies (with big quantities, perfect prior a hike in the area), the location is handy to tour around with a nice taverna (Mikri Arkstos) on the village square for dinner. A nice place to stay over to discover the wonders of Zagoria!
The scenery around the hotel is amazing - one can see the whole village which is beautiful. The rooms are tastefully decorated and the owner goes out of his way to give useful suggestions about planning outings to nearby destinations. Everybody was generally very polite and helpful. A satisfactory variety for breakfast, although mostly store-bought products (based on other reviews, I was expecting some local products). The room was very warm, even though it was December.
Lovely place to stay that had a great history. We were warmly welcomed by Maria with cold water and a homemade drink, which was delicious! Lovely room with comfortable beds and a great view. Would definitely recommend staying here if you are going through Tsepelovo
The beds were very comfortable, the rooms were clean and the staff was super helpful and nice! :) The hotel is located in a very small, very quiet village and it has an amazing view on the mountains.
the property is a lovely old village house in Tsepelovo close to the square and with a lovely view. The yard is full of well- tended flowers and plants. The rooms were comfortable and very clean.
