Loved Tyros. The moment we arrived at the hotel we were greeted by this lovely lady who made us feel right at home. She even told us we could check-out until 5pm the next day. The view is beautiful from the room and the room itself super modern. Loved the art work on the walls. The location was quite. The only place open was this small restaurant run by a couple, which produced some amazing food. Recommend totally.

A jem of a location. The views from within the place are unbelievable, front and back. Mountains vs sea. You take about 10 easy steps and you're in the water at the beach..just fantastic. Hostess Maria was kind and helpful.
The back garden is so pretty.
There are many restaurants, shops and cafes right there, you can dine on the beach. All of them local small businesses.
Take a drive on the coast to the north, stop to admire the crazy views.

Melana is a spacious two floor apartment, which can easily accommodate 8 people or even more! It has a balcony with sea view, air conditioners in every room, mosquito nets on all windows, a washing machine and a dishwasher! The kind owner, Mr Dimitris who lives at the flat downstairs, welcomed us when we arrived and answered all our questions: What is worthy to visit at the area and where are nice taverns. The closest beaches are within a 5-10 minutes ride by car and all of them have small stones/pebbles and deep, cristal clean waters. At Tigani beach there is a cave and an underwater “stone bridge”. Kisakas beach isn’t accessible by car so it makes it feel like private, with huge rocks perfect for dives. Thiopafto beach is also very nice. The famous Elafonisos island with the shallow turquoise waters and sandy beaches is 2,5 hours drive and 10 min ferry boat from the property, highly recommended for a day trip!!!

It is a wonderful place for swimming and diving. There are many beaches around.
Well ... i must mention here the Acapulco restaurant (wonderful food) but also wherever we sat to eat the food was exceptionally good.

Tiros is a cute little town - it's very pretty to see.
Tiros is a cute little town - it's very pretty to see. There are a couple of shops to browse at but not really that kind of touristy place. It has a good choice and variety of restaurants. The sea is really clean and a good temperature. if the waves pick up, they bring up a little seaweed but not much. You can walk from one end to the other in 15 minutes. As a vegan, I had the typical options at restaurants (Greek food has lots of salads and some dips you can eat, fries, etc). At Balcony I asked for a pizza with no cheese and they made it for me. Same with Jimmy's (superior pizza). Akrogiali has "mageirefta" which is home-style food like Beans "gigantes" and stuffed vegetables "yemista". Overall it's a nice place for a relaxing vacation - swim, eat, swim, eat. There are some organized beaches nearby for some water sports.

Exceptionally comfortable and clean room, well maintained, sea view from shaded balcony. Free garage place, hotel surrounded by fine garden and olive groves. Hosts very kind, but unobtrusive, the whole atmosphere very relaxing.
Nice room and bathroom. Clean. Nice owner. Very close to the sea and several restaurants. Possibility to park ca. 75 metres from the hotel (and park for a while to unload just in front of it).
