The owner-Sofia is just amazing, so friendly and helpful. Gave me a nice ride to town and showed me a few places. The room was so comfy with a nice interior, clean, with a beautiful sea view and a lot of light. Just 2 min walk from the beach. Very relaxing and quiet, just perfect 👌 I had an excellent time there. The flat was very nice and comfortable, for two it is perfect. The cleaning is done every single day, this makes everything more comfortable because every time you come back from the beach you find everything perfectly clean. The pool was great, and the beach a 5 minute walk really nice and comfortable.

Hotel Elli is a family run traditional hotel in Skopelos town. It is located a ten-minute walk from the center of the village. It has traditional architecture; it is spotlessly clean and has a great outdoor yard with a large swimming pool. The staff are always available to help and they helped us with reservations in restaurants and with all the questions we had. Would definitely return!

Nice size room, with lovely views and looking over to Skopelos Town. At night when lit up was lovely. Only about 10 minute walk to the town on a flat prom around the bay, with bars, restaurants and coffee shops along the way. Pleasant pool area with small bay and sun beds.

Getting to the island was a little bit of a challenge but very much worth it.
The beaches around the island are absolutely beautiful with crystal clear waters, and they are a short drive away from Stafylos which makes it an ideal base location.
Moped and car rental is very cheap, we rented a moped for 12 days which cost around £140.
The island was of course one of the filming locations for Mamma Mia! so if you are interested in visiting them there are tours available, but I would personally recommend doing some research before you visit and explore yourself. The Chapel of St. John is one location that is in particularly beautiful, and I would recommend visiting around dusk as the sky is like a painting.
The town offers amazing places to eat and drink, depending where you go the prices vary but there is lots to choose from,
I would recommend Kochylis bakery and patisserie for breakfast and lunch, and there is a food van near in the evenings that offer a traditional gyros that are cheap for the portion size.
10/10 would recommend to anyone, truly beautiful place that I would happily visit again/

Very scenic location with one of the most beautiful and accesible beaches on the island and a very good and affordable restaurant with incredible view. On the downside is that the beach is quite narrow and every day or so the passing sea jet will cause huge waves which sweep away everything that sits on the beach. Also, beach bar is very expensive with a very basic selection of foods and drinks.

The location of Stafylos is good, the view from the top of...
The location of Stafylos is good, the view from the top of the road is amazing. Close to Skopelos (4-5 km). The water is crystal clear, turquoise green with rocks on the side. The beach is difficult to reach on a very steep road. By car: the parking place is very limited. Be careful with the parking (Police checks regularly: it is forbidden to stop on the left side of the road on the way down. they take the number plates). The beach is long but narrow. The 2 sunbeds + umbrella is 12€. There is a small bar. But no toilet. The quality of the whole beach is not the real one: it is very natural. There are better beaches to visit in Skopelos. The restaurant is very good with polite staff and delicious food.
The accomodations are very modern and well equipped.

Nice beach, moderately crowded, moderately priced sunbeds and umbrellas (10 EUR). The beach is relatively close to the port of Skopelos, but acces is not that easy (a steep road, difficult to find a parking place, a little bit to walk from the bus stop), with a nice restaurant close to the beach and a good beach bar.

Spectacularly beautiful, clear waters, quiet, with Velanio beach you can easily spend the whole day in either sun or shade, the typical postcard Greek island without hordes of tourists. Great restaurant overseeing the beach. Water activities available, Skopelos town very near for evenings out.

Very nice accommodation with everything that you need, wifi, pool, garden, parking. The staff is kind and they're providing everything you might need. The beach is very close 5 min driving or 20 min walk. And the hotel is accessible from the port, 10 min driving or by bus. Next to it you have Jumbo and supermarkets. Very pet friendly.

The location is very quiet, apart from the street, between olive trees. There is also a vegetable garden you can pic fresh tomatoes and aubergine from. The host are helpfull and sympathic. Within 5 minutes by motorbike you can teach the center of skopelos on one hand and the nuce Stafilos beach on the other.
despite some small changes I had a beautiful stay! the family is taking care of you right from the beginning and has helped me a lot to make the stay nice! you can count on their hospitality while being on Skopelos!
