Hotel is located on a small hill above 2 beautiful beaches about 10min walking down the hill. The hotel is really beautiful, modern, beds are very comfortable, pool and pool bar are great. Rooms and the hotel are cleaned daily, everthything was spotless clean. The staff was absolutely fantastic and made sure we had everything we needed and more.
Breakfast was the same every day but delicious with a decent variety. We had a seaview room with a stunning view and a great terrace. We loved our stay and will come back next time we are in Thassos!

The personnel was lovely. The rooms were cleaned daily, and the sheets and towels were changed every other day. The location is great—close to the beach, surrounded by olive trees, quiet and calm. Breakfast was nice.

Villa Rania, has a really nice garden. It is perfect spot for kids. There are diffent facilities for outside plays. Your kids will love these.The rooms are spacious. There is a kitchen with hobs only,electric kettle, coffee machine with filters if I am not mistaken. Kitchenware are basic. There is a table and chairs and refrigerator inside. Also, you will have a cloth rack outside. Each room has own outside place with garden furniture - table and chairs. There are a lot of mosquitoes everywhere, so be prepared for this. In villa Rania, you will have mosquitoes nests which is really helpful. To reach the beach, you need to cross the main road and you will be already there. Sandy beach with no cliffs. It is not so crowded and the water is pleasant for kids. It is not deep, so you can swim and leave the kids to play near or in the sea. Our host Maria is amazing person. So nice and always ready to assist you although she doesn't speak English. Really nice person.

I like this place. As I arrived, the apartment was very clean, with completely new furniture, a soft sofabed and smart-TV with internet. It's a quiet place and only 120 meters from a cozy cafe with delicious cappuccino and sweets. It's also very close to the Ferry in Limenas - about 13 minutes by taxi.

It is a very nice place to rest yourself and get out of the city polution. There is a lot of beaches nearby so you can visit a lot in Thassos generally and you dont need to spend a lot money for gas, because everything is close to another. I would definitively repeat this trip again and give one advice if you want to go to MARBLE Beach and Vathy Beach->take Rent a Car (some offroad car) because the way to that beaches is horrible. DO NOT GO WITH REGULAR CAR (NOR PRIVATE ONE NOR RENTED) there as you can destroy your private car. There is a museum in Thassos Limenas which is outstanding and I will recommend you to go there.
Generally very nice trip and people are polite everywhere and there was no lot of people in September so give a try :) Weather can be changeable but I will leave you to decide. We had days without Sun but it was warm and you could swimm and be in a water for long.

It's a small place, on the west of the Island maybe not for your first visit to Thassos, but since it was our 3rd visit it was perfect.
The beach is excellent for kids with a lot of shallow parts, sand, and shade as well.
Little beach bars like Mitropolis beach bar, where you can enjoy drinks as well as food.
Two shops, moderately supplied but there could be a bakery (a good one is 10km away near Limenas) since there is only a small one, more cake shop than a bakery.
A couple of nice restaurants with good food, but practically no nightlife, apart from Greek night at one of the restaurants.

I liked the service in the whole complex(taverns, reception, cleaners, all of them). Also, there is the cleanest beach in Thassos we met without underwater stones. The only minus is there are not many shops and if you would like to buy some of their greatest food as cheese (FETA), olives, and olive oil, or you just wanna see mostly lively place in Thassos you have to go the Ferry Port which is nearly 9 minutes with vehicle.

Old furniture and very squeaky doors, but clean. Kinda expensive for the amenities they offer (as compared to the accommodation we had in Kavala). The breakfast was OK, not much variety, but you could find something to suit everyone.
The beach across the road was very small and there were many mosquitoes, so we preferred to drive for 15-20 minutes to other beaches (Marble Beach, Golden Beach).

Don't stay there.
Don't stay there. They canceled the reservation in 9 PM the night before our stay and we didn't see the email so we understood that is canceled at the reception. The rooms were free but they didn't give them to us because they were 3-4 times more expensive if we wanted to reserve them for the same day. Go anywhere else if you can, but don't ever reserve or stay there if you don't want to be lied and looking for a place to stay when you are already at the island. Otherwise Thassos is great and worth visiting.

Highly recommended. The hosts are amazing people. The building is only couple of years old and the rooms are kept spotless. Cleaned every day as in a five star hotel . There was a coffee maker, kettle and toaster in the room . Also instant coffee, grounded coffee , sugar and milk was provided for free . Bread , ham and cheese for your next morning breakfast,was a nice welcome surprise.
Every room has its own wi-fi , balcony with table and chairs.
We will definitely come back next summer.
The owners are great! It was a pleasure to have the coffee together in the morning and exchange experiences. The rooms are very clean and they are cleaning those every day. Comfortable beds, big rooms, everything was great! The location is perfect: 100 m from supermarket, 100 m from beach. There are many taverns around, the area is very green, quiet. The hotel has free parking in the yard so your car will be safe. For sure it was a great experience so we might return
Amazing apartment, best I ever had in Greece. One living room, two bedrooms and in every room was an AC unit and a TV,. Bathroom was spacious and everything was new and clean. And maybe the best part was the big, really big terrace with 2 sets of garden furniture, really amazing. Owner cleaned the apartment every day a da taking out the trash. They was so polite and halpful and if I come to Thassos again I will go to Kohyli.
Special hotel. Perfect location, quiet, somewhat isolated. Excellent beach. Wi-fi signal well above the average in Greece. Clean rooms, bathrooms, terrace, restaurant. A special point: very friendly staff and owners, always ready to help. At the same time, a special point is the quality of the food. Distinction for the head chef and all the kitchen staff. There is free car parking.

Good location, near beach Pachis, one of the best beach in Thassos. Staff is very frendly and helpful. Food is tasty. The view from the terrace, where the dining area is located, is beautiful. The main attraction is a seagull, called bu staff andrej :-), who tries to steal food from the tables when breakfast is over.
This was one of our favourite stays whilest in Greece. The people at the hotel were absolutely amazing, friendy and eager to assist with anything we needed. They advised us on good restaurants to go to and were just very helpful at all times. I would definately recommend this hotel and would definately go back.
I liked the facilities offered (including the possibility to benefit from them at the Akti Hotel) and the cleanliness of the hotel. The included breakfast is delicious and fresh. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. The pool and landscape are extraordinary! All in all it was a wonderful stay! Thank you!

The fact that the hotel it is on the beach is a great plus. Also the pools are great. Near the hotel are some taverns where you can eat a delicious food and at a good price.
Breakfast is very good. Hotel is very clean. Staff is perfect, helpful, and have very smiling face. They brought our shoes that we forget it in room after check-out.
