Absolutely amazing hotel! Incredible location, very easy to find directly on the ocean. Also very close to town, only about a 10 minute walk along the beach. The room was very clean and spacious. Cannot praise the staff enough, all were wonderful and got an exceptionally warm welcome from Zoe. The morning breakfast overlooking the sea was a highlight of our trip. Cannot recommend the Sidari Beach Hotel enough, if you come to Sidari this hotel is a must stay!

We really liked the yard of the place (nice spacious garden with a pool, parking space), the good location near Sidari but not in the noisy English-oriented city centre and the kindness of the host Katerina. Bavias is a tavern nearby which is a must (in just 5mins). The room was big enough and with pretty balcony (make sure to request a higher floor room). The air-conditioning was working well. There are shutters with a net, however, no air enters through them so definitely not smart.

Very nice facilities but we initially had to deal with certain maintenance neglect. This is a good value (36€/night for two, early May). Be aware that it is a 45 minute drive from Corfu town and ferry port. Despite being named "Seahorse", it is not a beach property. Two beaches are a 30 minute walk or a short drive away, as is Sidari village for shopping. Cape Drastis, great for sunsets , is about the same. The room was spacious, with a kitchenette decently equipped for cooking with a 2 burner/compact oven combination and a balcony overlooking the large, clean pool. There is an onsite parking lot and a common lounge with bar, pool table, and shaded outdoor seating. The manager was very helpful and spoke English.The whole place has a casual, ever so slightly shabby, feel to it, which we liked very much. For the price and if you don't need beachfront lodging, we highly recommend it.

The apartments are organized in small houses with two floors, and each house is dedicated to you. On the 1st floor is the kitchen and there is a dining table, while on the 2nd we had two bedrooms and a bathroom. Everything was cleaned daily, while our towels were changed over a two day period. Really enjoyed our stay here, and would recommend to anyone who looks for accommodation.

One of the best places in Corfu!
One of the best places in Corfu! Near beautiful beaches, canal de Amur, cave of Dionysus, many grocery stores, taverns and cafes! The most important thing here are sandy beaches, it is very comfortable to swim here.

My first trip to Corfu and it's not easy trying to find the right resort, depending on what you are looking for. Watched a few videos of Sidari on YouTube and took the plunge. So pleased I did. There is something for everyone of all ages. Canal d Amour is a short stroll from the main road/strip. There it is very relaxing, some nice bars, restaurants and shops. I would recommend Kantina for a bite to eat. Very tasty food and the girl serving is very polite. A short stroll along the flat road in Sidari takes you to much livelier bars known as the strip. It's not full of teenagers partying, the majority being 20s to 70s something for everyone. Again, plenty of bars, restaurants and shops. You can chill at beach side bars or watch live tribute acts at various bars every night.

Very dirty beach and area in general, litter everywhere even on the main parts of the beach and ‘tourist locations’. The sea was also dirty. There are much nicer beaches in corfu, I have to be honest and say sidari was the worst beach we visited in corfu and could be a lot nicer if litter was picked up and not covered in sun loungers.

Dirty city (rubbish everywhere along the streets, parking lots), full of British people, full english breakfast on offer everywhere while greek specialities almost never available for breakfast. Sandy beaches only (often with sea grass).
George incredibly helpful and friendly! Rooms kept very clean with cleaners coming daily. Gorgeous pool and right next to the bus stop for heading into Corfu town. Great beach and restaurants in Sidari only a 20 minute walk away. Would absolutely stay again! Only downside was I thought I had booked a room with a double bed, when we arrived it was two single beds as in a twin room - but this was probably by fault for not emailing to double check which i had booked so i'd recommend doing that!
Makis the hotel manager is a great guy. Its his first year here and he is very willing to resolve any problems you may have. The hotel was spotlessly clean and all the staff are very friendly and hard working. It's all inclusive at the hotel and although the food could be warmer it was very tasty. The drinks especially the draught beer was also very good.
This was our first time iin Corfu and I'm pleased to say that we had a great time and I would definitely recommend sun gate hotel.
This hotel has the best staff we've ever met. Athina, the manager was very helpful. Spiros, the bartender was very friendly, we had great conversations. The room was always very clean, thank you for the cleaning ladies. The breakfast was good and various, the restaurant staff was also very nice and friendly. The hotel is perfect in its category. You can reach the best beaches in Corfu within 10 minutes walking.
The hotel is in the northernmost area of Corfù. Several nice beaches can be reached within 20-30 minutes of transportation (car, bike, taxi) and the nearby town of Sidari offers lots of options for a day and night out. The staff was very nice to me, and the breakfast and dinner were always exceptional. I would definitely recommend this.
Everything! Damia and her family are genuine and truly nice, it is not fake. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the bar, it was always nice that we could come back and have a drink, play pool and the guest were all nice and friendly, it is perfect place for families. We will be back here every time that we will be in Corfu.
We have been lots of hostels, but we have never had a host like Mario. If you want to experience the real greek hospitality in a beautiful place, you should stay here. Mario’s kindness added a lot to make our holiday very good. Thank you for everything Mario, if we will go to Corfu, we will stay here again!

The location was easy to reach and lots of place to park a car, easy to reach the neighbourhoods - perfect for traveling with a car (only to get to the beach or restaurants one would also have to use the car as well). Hotel had all amenities needed for travelers on a roadtrip.
They were very welcoming. The pool was great. They provide everything for entertainment of the children, and I mean everything. They also gave us a separate bed for the baby. For a family with children it's the perfect place to stay. The rooms were big, the kitchen also.
The owner family is very nice and friendly. The maisonette apartment is well equipped and clean, only the sofa bed was worn out. also the breakfast was good. We had a nice vacation except for the weather :) If we visit Corfu again we World stay at Corfu Palmar Hotel again

The beach is literally 1 minute away from the hotel, really good location in Sidari! However, if you want to go to Corfu Town/to the airport, buses only commute in every 2 hours. Price-Value is great overall!
