Everything was just perfect. The host is very helpful and immediately responsive. The house is beautiful and very cozy. Near to the KTEL bus station and to the center. Situated on the quite busy street , opposite to the fire department, so I felt very safe there.

Serres is such a nice city to live or visit, it has many places to go for dining or have a cocktail with your friends and many beautiful spots with great view. The only thing that i didn’t like was that the people walk very “messy” i don’t know if anyone gets what i mean and cars do not stop on pedestrian crossings…

Serres is kindov a ghost town, it's mainly used by people for one-night sleeps before they go further on their way.
I liked because it had a Lidl marketplace.
It has a good proximity to the highway and to the bulgarian border.
To be fair we only stayed one night to rest, so we didn't get to see much on the town. I'm sure that it has more than meets the eye.

This hotel is just good for travellers who have to pass the border, not for staying more than necessery, staff friendly but without experience with exception of one. The swimming pool is at the other hotel, ot mentionned on the site. It's aq cheep place to stay, but how can we put four stars??????

Excellent for transit. We travelled from Poros to Bucharest and chose to stay in Serres near the border. The hotel has excellent facilities: the outside and inside pool was really nice and great.
Location, very good intermediary stop on the way to the beach. Nice staff at the reception. Room size. Comfortable bed. Hotel lobby with couches and TV (with youtube)
