A lovely 2br house that's been freshly renovated to a good standard. Nice and secure grounds with secure off street parking. Just what I needed for my trip.

The Moxy Patras Marina is definitely a very nice hotel.
Our room was an upgrade - a 'perk' being a Genius Level 3 reviewer - we had a very nice, comfortable, room with a sea view and a balcony.
The reception staff were excellent throughout
The hotel facilities are very good - private swimming pool & sun loungers - bar snacks are available in the main lobby during the day until 19:00 hrs, when the top floor restaurant then opens for food service.
Breakfast was served in the main lobby and was very well presented - a full range of tastes were catered for!
Car parking is immediately behind the hotel and has plenty of space - access to the car park was controlled by the hotel reception, monitored by CCTV.
There are some restaurants near to the hotel, but they are mainly operating as cafes or bars. There are more restaurants further away as you approach the central King George II Square - it is possible to walk to the King George II Square, especially as the new pedestrian promenade (with its higher-end shops) is nearing completion.
We would use this hotel again if staying in Patras in the future.

The best hotel on our trip! A warm welcome, serene atmosphere and the room was clean with a very pleasing modern feel and wonderful shower.
Dinner outside was relaxing and the food was excellent. Breakfast (included in the price) was outstanding.

A good place to stay, especially if you're visiting the University. All amenities within reach, with local tavernas and other shops usually within walking distance. Frequent public transport to the city of Patras and even access to the beach depending on season/weather at the time of visit.
This is a fantastic house, very spacious and tastefully decorated in a great location. We loved the garden, the terrace with the amazing view and the bathrooms. The beach is only 100m away and the area's restaurants and coffee shops only a couple of minutes on foot. The host was excellent, extremely helpful and responsive. We hope to stay again in this beautiful beach house!
Walking distance from beach and beachside restaurants. Hosts were super nice and gave us everything we needed for a great night's stay. If you want to take the train from Patras, take it to Rio Station and walk from there while Akteion station is inactive.
