The views were amazing, everything was extremely clean and cozy, and quite new installations. Everything worked just fine. The location was perfect and we had nothing more but easiness in everything. Also, the ambience was great and the host Andreas was very easygoing, he recommended us many things and was very very nice to us!! We recommend this so much, for sure we will repeat if we come back.

Very convenient located in the port area, especially as this was at the end of the season and a lot of other areas in Ios had closed down. Accommodation was very good, with an excellent finish through out.

I throughly enjoyed my stay at this accommodation with my friends the location was perfect and the facilities were perfectly suited for what we needed and will definitely be recommending to family and friends. What really stood out, however, was the family running the accommodation. The hosts were incredibly attentive and eager to ensure that my stay was perfect. They provided helpful tips on local attractions and even arranged a few experiences for me that I wouldn't have discovered on my own.

Before arriving we messaged Dimitri several times but never received an answer. After calling on the phone we managed to speak and understood how to reach the accommodation (from the harbour there is only one bus daily and we had to rent a car, as the taxi was even more expensive). Once we arrived Dimitri could not be found and a nice guy called Mohammed welcomed us, but could not speak much or give any advice. The biggest problem we had is that there was no drinkable water in the room and no supermarket available nearby as the port is 45 mins away by car. If Dimitri would have told us, we would have bought some water and breakfast at the port. Finally we experienced a blackout for one day and two nights and Dimitri did not make any effort to try and ease our stay or give us some candles or water for the shower (it did not work without electricity). Finally the sea (200 meters away) view is not from your room as you can only see it from a long access corridor and the room is very small without much confort for the price we paid.
