The hotel is located right next to an amazing beach with straw umbrella and sun bed you can use. At the hotel restaurant there is live piano music playing, sound travels all over the hotel and sea side. Amazing feeling. The room had a sea view. It was simple, calming. The staff are truly friendly and helpful.

Meltemi is now one of my favorite places in Greece. Maria and George were amazingly hospitable. The location was the most convenient, about 5-7 minutes to the beach. Quiet, calm and safe place. The beach nearby is the best, clean and the water seems to be warmer. The room was cleaned every day, bright and spacious room, clean sheets, comfortable beds. The hospitality of the hosts is beyond praise, above and beyond, very warm and friendly. We mostly ate at Meltemi tavern, the largest variety of delicious dishes, reasonable prices. I hope that we will come here again with our family.

What a great hotel! It's a bit funky from the point of view of the lay-out (several levels that don't quite align, feels a bit like a maze), but after 1/2 day, I had it figured out. The location is superb - a little bit out of the way of tourists, and on one side looking at the harbor, on the other side looking at the sea (which I had - which was wonderful with the sound of the waves during the night). The bedroom was quite large, nicely appointed and a great bed; good bathroom; AC which I did not need to use; super clean. Breakfast was included with my rate, and was very diverse - savory vs. sweet, lots of options, and Greek coffee in addition to American and Italian coffee - loved it! The service was friendly and very supportive - front desk, breakfast, bar, and room service. I did not use the restaurant, but some people I met did, and said it was good.
