We arrived in the late night, but check-in was very fast. Room was very spacious. Very good breakfast - all that we needed were there. Decision to stay in Panorama hotel was great for our overnight rest. It was January when we were there, but I can imagine that guests during summer season can enjoy much more, because hotel is right on the edge of nice sandy beach.

A nice place for a holiday: we've been there several times. The central street is really too busy but a bit further you can find wonderful taverns with really good cheap food and very good service. The beach is really nice and clean. There are a lot of cafes you can choose from.

The city is all right, plenty of choice for everybody.
The city is all right, plenty of choice for everybody. The beach is overcrowded, so I would recommend going 1.5 km south where it is almost empty. Suggestion also is visiting Katerini, 8km away, for shopping and great ice cream (Megalou Alexandrou street, close to city park). Don't miss the sunrise (5-6AM) at the beach and peer.

Paralia Katerinis is for me the unknown gem of Greece.
Paralia Katerinis is for me the unknown gem of Greece. A large area with abundant areas to take time out, relax on one of the many beaches, watch nature at it's best and an unbeatable sunrise experience. Or you can either get a bus or better still drive to one of the many historical sites close by along with make a visit to Litochoro and Mt Olympus which are all close by.

This area is like the hidden gem of Greece.
This area is like the hidden gem of Greece. Known mostly by the locals for me it is just perfect all year round. The small town of Paralia Katerinis is joined to another lovely town Olympiakos Akti by a single straight road around 1km long that runs along the coast next to the beach. Loads of parking, wide open spaces, some great views of Mt Olympus and even more stunning sunrise views. Tip: For the best sunrise experience head to the port (Limani) of Paralia Katerinis, pass by the bridge and settle down on the beach, then let nature do its thing. You will not b dissapointed. Once done take a nice slow stroll to a nearby cafe for a well earned coffee.

The hosts were very nice. They gave us a high chair for the child. The kitchen is decently equiped, the towels were changed every 2 days, the sheets on the middle of our stay. There is nice scent in the whole hotel, the interior is very nicely arranged. There are parks, restaurants and cheap supermarkets nearby. The beaches are also close.
The breakfast was great, the food was delicious, especially the pancakes. The staff was really nice, helpful, patient, always greeting us and smiling. The location is exceptional. I liked that the beach wasn't crowded because there were no other hotels nearby.
Really nice hotel , rooms are new and clean , very close to the beach , delicious breakfast and the nicest staff I've ever met ! I would very gladly visit them again. I recommend it to everyone.
