The beach was stunning, lots of places to hire a sunbed and umbrella to enjoy the sea and fantastic weather. Lovely bakery which we visited most days, and a supermarket which had everything we needed.

It is a quiet and safe place to go with children. It is a small settlement on a hill that most of the buildings have a view of the sea. The sunset and the sunrise is fantastic. Especially watching the moon over the water at night is exceptional.

I like the sandy beaches the water is crystal clear. The nature is beautiful. Pine trees are overlooking sandy beaches. The weather is mild. The two things that bothered me are the lack of an area to take a walk, and the fact that there are many flies.I was bitten by flies on my legs many times. it becomes a real problem at night.

We loved the location! the little village atmosphere was preferred to the big center of Kavala
We loved buying food at Lidl and the town near by called Nea Iraklitsa had wonderful people and food and playgrounds for kids

Very quiet and communicative place.
Very quiet and communicative place. My favourite beach is in front of Porto Palio hotel. Quiet and clean beach with 2 beach bars. We have choice where to eat, nearest tavern is papuri (I’m not sure about the name) also Palio is very close to Kavala with big choice of restaurants.

Small village, quiet, peaceful, just right for the family...
Small village, quiet, peaceful, just right for the family vacation, not so crowded. Little far from there there is Nea Peramos, and Nea Iraklitza, they are bigger and with lots of facilities, restaurants, bars, beaches etc.
