It's a really big apartment that accommodated our group (6 adults and 4 kids), located close to the sea.
The host was nice, even though she had some rules that seemed a bit too strict in the beginning. In the end, everything was smooth, and our stay there was nice.
The terrace is a really big plus.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful vacation home with my family and I couldn’t be more impressed. The hosts were incredibly hospitable, going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. They even entertained my kids, 3 and 5 years old, who had an absolute blast playing with the friendly cats and dogs in the yard. We even got fresh eggs for breakfast from their two chickens, which I very much loved.
The house itself was spotless and well-maintained, with all the amenities we could ask for. The clean, cozy rooms and well-appointed kitchen made our stay both enjoyable and relaxing.

As most of the Greek sea side places, small, lot of shops and tavernas by the sea , crowded especially at night. The beach is long and wide, with lot of sunbeds and umbrelas bars where you just pay for the drinks and can use the sunbeds. There is also lot of free space where you can put your own umbrelas. Sea is calm in the mornings and lot of waves in the afternoons.

The villa is very close to the beach, taverns and shops, cleaning is done daily, friendly staff. The beds are very comfortable, the room well equipped, terrace where you can eat.
The water is clear and clean, without algae, is deep from about 3-4 meters away from the shore, children must be supervised. There are sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach, but you can also sit under your own umbrella.
There is a promenade for walking, with many shops and taverns. Asprovalta can also be reached on foot.

If you want to enjoy the beach in peace and quiet this is the place to go. If you want to explore by car, in 30min radius there are half a dozen secluded sandy beaches.

The hotel is clean and close to the beach-less then 100 metres.
The only one minus is - there were only 2 TV programs available- Eurosport in German and another one TV Program in Serbian Language.

There are a lot of restaurants, bakeries, markets.
It is easy to walk anywhere you like.

Nikolaos and Iota are great hosts. We have never been so well received. As soon as we arrived, we were offered all the comforts - a welcome drink, free coffee and drinks all the time. They are very radiant, friendly and ready to respond to any request. Well done to them. We will be there again in September. We give it the highest rating. We recommend it to everyone if they want to have a great time.

Very pleasant and clean hotel with friendly hosts!Close to the beach and to one of the most popular restaurants in the area. The room was furnished with a small kitchen with all necessary for preparing a meal for a family.This was a surprise for us,because we haven’t expected this additional extra. The balcony is wide and it has enough space for four people. We had a free coffee and water all the days.
