The hotel is situated outside of the village in a quiet area. It is a short and pleasant walk along the coast to the village. We would definitely recommend this hotel and we will certainly be back.

We had a really nice stay in Niborio Cottage. We had a whole big house in a beautiful, picturesque bay. Katerina and Andreas are very kind and hospitable. They were very helpful and we had everything what we needed.They helped us in everything . The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well equiped and all the house was clean.
We also enjoyed the beach of the village a lot. The sea was extreamly calm and nice. As our hosts didn't expect guests right after our leaving so they let us to use the house at the last day as long as we wanted to. We are really grateful for this!!! Actually we got an extra day for free !!!

Breakfast definitely needs to be improved because it is not up to the same standard as the hotel. This is Greece! the land of fresh fruit and delicious food and unfortunately the hotel failed in this regard.

Our 3rd time staying here, such a wonderful place.. amazing views, peaceful location and Maria and all the hosts are fantastic! We loved our stay.
Not really a town. This is a small village, with mostly restaurants and a few stores. I recommend staying in one of the hotels that's just outside (and within walking distance, we stayed at venus beach) and walk to the town for dinner

It was a great location.
It was a great location. I was able to walk out the door and go down a couple of steps and swim. The host was great, he upgraded my room to an ocean view. He suggested a number of places that I should visit. I'm a digital nomad and the internet was great I was able to work with no problems.

Beautifully decorated and very comfortable both inside and out. excellent kitchenette area and a large fridge. A minutes walk to the beach and a minimarket and one of the best tavernas in Nea Stira. I would definitely stay again.
