Must see this city! We were blown away by its historic significance and the Battle of Lepanto. The city was well developed with a superb car-free boardwalk along the sea all the way to city center. Fabulous experience.

The beach at Chiliadou was outstanding.
The beach at Chiliadou was outstanding. You need a car for the 10 minute drive into town or up to the castle. Rewarded with shops great restaurants and little cobbled alleyways. Nearby picturesque Monasteraki another hidden gem.

Into walking distance you have historical places and castels, nicely surrounded by very nice bars and restaurants, as well as the shopping center; being built along the seaside, Lepanto offers a beautiful sea view along your walking. Food and beverage prices are logical; of course there are dancing-bars. Staying on the sea-side late at evening or even during the night is an unforgettable experience.

It has a beautiful city centre with many shops, from shopping clothes and shoes, to restaurants, cafes and bars. The are many young people in the city centre and many families. It has a lot of history and its all very fascinating to see how things were built so many years back (and they all still standing) It is all very well maintained and easy to walk around. It has beaches and mountains, a bit of everything for everyone.

A beautiful city near the sea with a gorgeous medieval...
A beautiful city near the sea with a gorgeous medieval castle overlooking the city and the picturesque harbor. In addition it is a great starting point for excursions to the mountain villages surrounding Nafpaktos and the dam on Mornos River which has created a big lake surrounded by tall mountains.

A very attractive seaside resort town with a fascinating history. Lots of restaurants, the opportunity of an energetic climb up to the castle. More I did not explore. The drive along the coastal road from Delphi via Galaxidi to Nafpaktos is stunning and makes for a very relaxing day.

The owner was very friendly and polite. Tea/coffee making facilities in the room.
This place is brand new, and has a great luxurious mattress, excellent bathroom and a huge bedroom area! Book this place as it is a great hotel, amazing customer service and the best breakfast we've had in Greece!
