The hotel is nicely decorated and furnished and the staff was very nice. The pool area is cozy and the breakfast very good and varied. We stayed in the honeymoon suite which is very big and has a huge balcony where you can sit and enjoy a morning coffee and the sunrise.

Lovely house with all equipment you need. Very friendly owner Gabriel willing to help with everything, he maked us feel welcome. Just a charming sunrise every morning at terrace. Walking distance to beach, restaurant, market. And the great thing was, that wasn't crowded, not even at the high summer season - very peaceful side of the island.

location is absolutely great, you are 15 meters from see shore, and youre windows and balcony got an an amazing look to the see and a beautiful sunrise, you are 10 minutes car ride to the center of thira, and maximum 20 from all the rest interesting parts of the island. the place is designed beatifull, got living room and 2 more rooms, 2 balcony's to the see, very clean and cozy,got all facilities you need, like washing machine, dishwasher, all dishes, and everything for cooking...
the hostess is amazing, you can always call her for anything (forgot car keys when was leaving, in the house, and she brought them to the airport, special thanks for that), she know everything around, and could always give you an advice...
will absolutely be coming back again.

The sea!The villa has a unique location quiet and peaceful and practically on the beach. We were treated daily to the gentle sounds of the waves of the Aegean. Our hostess was attentive and kind. Anna was an absolute godsend! We had our flight cancelled in the middle of the night and managed to find her property, so close to the airport. We each (3 of us) had our own oversized bedrooms with air conditioning. The bathrooms were beautifully presented and the house itself was extremely spacious and large. The TV was huge, and we would have certainly made use of the facilities if we had more time. Anna was the most kind and responsive host, we communicated via WhatsApp overnight and she organised a taxi to the airport for our checkout. The property has a view of the beach and is within walking distance. We even received a small gift when we departed. Overall 10/10 experience and we would recommend Anna’s Villa to anyone looking for plenty of room and time to make Santorini their own. Thank you Anna, we would love to stay again!

Not the area I would recommend for those expecting the Santorini experience you see in pictures unless you just want to be close to the beach and then plan your transportation to get to areas with more to do and see. If you’re a family that can come more often, or don’t mind driving yourself around it’s a good value.

4 restaurants, a large beach, especially for families, as the sea is below 70 cm deep for more than a hundred meters.
You can take the bus to Fera, and from there all over the island.
The airport is on walking distance (2 km), but don't walk it when its hot.
It is a very small airport, so you can endure the rising planes.
The Italian restaurant at the corner serves also under the trees across the street. After 19.00 that's the best place to be, in the shadow, near the sea.

The hand delivered Breakfast with three options is something you dont see these days . Absolutely smashing array of local delights. Having spent 4 days in Santorini and savoring the sights of Oia and Fera , the beautioful attractions as shown in brochures , I recommend a more isolated area like Monolithos and especially the Mylithos suites, it was an oasis in a hilly and barren location with a lot of local residences - walking into lovely eateries by the beach road. It is for those travelers who prefer places "off the beaten path"

Going there over winter break (Christmas week) we did not...
Going there over winter break (Christmas week) we did not anticipate any crowds, but there were several areas that were absolutely closed for the season. But there were plenty of places still open for food and shopping, and we enjoyed the lack of crowds as it helped us get fantastic photo shots of both sunrises and sunsets. A rental car is a must, and the of Oia was particularly enjoyable.

we loved Monalithos ,we were at the beach every day then up to the restaurant t for beautiful salad and cold beer and some greek fried tomatoes in herbs ,enjoy lunch read and have a swim and go walking along path rocks very safe and up at five shower and bus into Fira enjoy an amazing evening sundowner absolutely magnificent have a lovely cocktail on one of the many fabulous bars overlooking the sea pure magic then head for some fab greek food what a place .simply life dosent get better .loved it

What I liked most was the layout of the hotel, which was right next to the beach. We rented a motorbike to drive the whole island. Monolithos is a quiet place where you have a beach, a shop, restaurants, fast food. The beach is long and also suitable for surfing, kiting.
THIS HOTEL SHOULD BE NAMED "VIRGINIA SANTORINI"! The marvelous experience I had at this hotel was thanks to the amazing manager, VIRGINIA. She is an amazing, caring, all-seeing one-woman show of a manager and she made me and my girlfriend feel welcome and safe. If I could hire her and birng her back home to Mexico I would. in fact, I Will!! Enjoy this hotel before virginia gets hired by either me or a 5-star resort!
The hotel was stunning. Amazing design. The room was one of the nicest we stayed in. All the facilities were wonderful. The landlord was kind and went out of his way to help. The breakfast was great. And even when we ordered a meal in the evening, they went above and beyond.
We were pleasantly surprised by the kindness and availability of the staff. Beautiful room, beautiful hotel and beautiful people that really changed our stay for the better. I strongly recommend this place for your vacation.
Egzim was a phenomenal host going the extra mile and providing for us whenever we needed. The Villa was absolutely beautiful and spotless. Two minute walk away from Monolithos family beach.
The customer service is excellent, the breakfast was delicious and the proximity to the beach was amazing! Would recommend and plan to return to this hotel!
