We are greatly impressed by the hospitality and professional attitude of Marina and the whole staff of Sithonia Lodge. The vacation houses are immaculately clean, spacious and furnished with everything you need to feel as cozy as in your own home. At just 2-minute walk’s distance is a private beach with umbrellas and comfy foldable chairs, and the sea is quiet, with welcoming sand bottom. We will definitely return to this perfect vacation spot!

Very good communication with the apartment owner. A wonderful family that does everything to make you feel comfortable. Very spacious with a large terrace and yard. Noise from the street does not reach the apartment. The furniture is a bit older, but everything is functional and there is everything you need. Pillows should be softer. The park and playground are a minute's walk away, as well as the market and grocery store. The beaches are only a few minutes' walk away. In general, for decent money you get a pretty good accommodation, my family and I had a great time.

Beautiful gardens and stunning views from our room and from the restaurants.
We were upgraded to a large suite which was immaculate and very luxurious.
The staff are great.. attentive and friendly.
Excellent food especially the breakfasts. The hotel has its own bakery. On the way to breakfast you can collect pastries to have with your coffee. Probably the best breakfast experience I have had at a hotel.
We had a great time and would definitely recommend the hotel for a relaxing, luxurious weeks away.

An ideal holiday spot for families and couples with a landscape that combines the soothing sea breeze with the fresh mountain air from the neareby pine forests. The main squre of the village feel like a balcony overlooking the Aegean, gently shaded by enormous pine trees. The location is peffect for exploring the whole area of Halkidiki by car. The locals are very friiendly and helpful too.

Lovely village with sufficient dining opportunities. The beach is not exceptional, but good for having a bath. There are numerous beaches around the village in a radius of 10 km, so Metamorfosi is a strategical base for touring the upper peninsula.
For eating out I recommend the fish taverna over the harbour and the Pizzeria on the high street.

Small place but has almost everything you need from restaurants to shops and markets. The place is very peaceful and the people there are nice. The only drawback is that the beaches are not very good, but there are beautiful beaches in the surrounding area

I loved Metamorfosi - it feels quiet enough to feel calm and...
I loved Metamorfosi - it feels quiet enough to feel calm and get you relaxed but also busy enough to have things to do and explore. We stayed in Village Mare Hotel (fantastic resort!) with a very short walk to a great beach. Favourite places? The sea (I recommend taking a snorkel, the underwater life was beautiful!), Nikiti - old town (great views of the nearby hills & sea, Barcarolla bar with fantastic cocktails, great feel), and the Sunny Bay Beach bar for a craft bear and kids playground. Also the Blue Flag beach in the evening, just stars and the waves.
We went for all-inclusive so ate at Village Mare only - fantastic food selection, even for fussy little eaters.
We travelled around by taxis, I recommend booking them 24h+ in advance if you can.

Quiet small place, especially suitable for families. Taverna Vassilis is the place to eat with good food and very good service. Nektar juice bar is a nice place to have a couple of drinks just seating outside and watching the inhabitants and tourists alike having their evening stroll.

Metamorfosi is a small village but has a character. Beaches are nothing special. Golden beach is clean, and small, with a shower and a beach bar. You have a natural shadow. The air is very pleasant because of the pines. I recommend Metamorfosi for families with small children because you have a nice park and playground for the kids. You have a couple of restaurants and coffee shops. A good starting point for visiting surrounding beautiful beaches.
The proximity of the sea. Spacious and comfortable rooms and all the rooms were facing towards the sea. Clean sheets and towels. Beach towels provided also. Hotel is surrounded with beautiful nature and the garden is very well kept. Kids playground was a big plus! The staff is polite and very nice. There’s big free parking across the hotel which was very helpful when you are traveling with kids and a lot of baggage.
The location is really good. The beach is in 5 min walk, also there are taverns and shops. You can easy find whatever you need. The rooms are big enough and clean. There is also a terrace with table and chairs which is great. There is a free space outside the hotel to park your car. The staff is really helpful and polite.
We liked everything, hotel exceded our expectations. Rooms are spacious and clean, our room also came with a kitchenette. I need to mention Christina, the kindest and most welcoming person I have ever meet. Recommend 100%
