Large, quiet, clean, warm, comfortable, good quality room. Breakfast had something for everybody. Sitting on the terrasse in the morning sun for breakfast is delightful. Bed was amazingly comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at Epineio was lovely. It's a new small modern hotel, well located in the lower part of Litochoro, in the neighborhood and not the touristic area, so the balcony is facing the street and other houses but for us it was nice to see the locals. There's a big parking area and supermarkets and restaurant in short walk from the hotel. The communication with the hotel was great and they arranged a bed with safety net for our toddler and even gave her a nice children mythology book in Greek. Our room was cleaned every day and they even filled the coffee capsules which was nice. There is a small kitchen with small fridge and some plates and cutlery but you can't cook. Overall we recommend this nice hotel.

The apartment is very spacious, comfortable and easy to reach, there is a parking on the street. We ate the breakfast in the yard and it was really nice. The host recommended us a very good taverna for dinner.

Litochoro is a gateway to Olympus, so it does not need recommendations. The apartment we rented was a bit farther from the mountain, close to the sea. So we had the advantage of sea beach, plenty of restaurants and shops.

if you plan to follow E4 in one day, better to take taxi to...
if you plan to follow E4 in one day, better to take taxi to Prionia and hike from there. If you climb from the beginning , there is not much to see. on the way and you will get exhausted after 4 km since the trails are quite stepp with sharp rock.

Great access to Mt. Olympus and a number of day hikes. Easy access to the beaches as well, although we came in early April so did not visit them as extensively as we might have in the summer months. Town is incredibly quaint and has a lot of character.

The ambiance of the village is amazing, the views of ocean and mountains alike are unmatched. We probably would have stayed one more night as we didn't even get to the beaches but just had time to hike Mt. Olympus. The monastary to waterfall hike is perfect for a family to enjoy the mountain without being too long or challenging.

Wonderful place to stay in Litochoro! The people who work here are kind and accommodating. The rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel is quiet and the free WiFi strong. The breakfast was fantastic: yogurt with several jam choices and honey, dried fruit, pastries, 3 kinds of bread, cereal, coffee & juice, cheese, ham, eggs & sausage. What a view from the DR patio! I suggest splurging for the suite with the view (pics included here). This was the perfect respite after hiking Olympus.
The renovated hotel blends the character of the past with all the modern amenities one could desire at a price that is well below value. The breakfasts were exceptional, the rooms exactly as described, the hostess charming and went out of her way to make our stay perfect. Cannot recommend this gem of a hotel highly enough. One of our great finds during our two weeks in Greece.

Honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The town is magical, the front desk attendant is super kind, and the room was super cozy and had a nice patio. Bathroom and shower were both more than adequate. Location couldn’t be better either. One of my favorite accommodations I’ve had in my 3 weeks in Greece.
A nice hotel in the center of Litochoro. Next to many restaurants, shops, the church, and yes, the Olympus. The room was clean and comfortable. We had a second-floor room and one bed was just beneath the sunroof - a great attraction for our kid who loved stargazing at night and bird-watching in the morning.
The view from our room was exceptional - both Mount Olympus and the new monastery.
The staff were lovely and helpful and checking in/out was quick and efficient. Parking was immediately behind the hotel. Breakfast was plentiful and enough choices.

Palio Litochoro is a beautiful small hotel set near edge of town. it is a short walk to everything you need. Sakis and Katerina are superb hosts and extraordinary breakfast chefs.
