Excellent location. It’s an apartment where you could comfortably live. It has three good-sized bedrooms, a big living room, and a nice balcony/terrace for having meals outside. There is a view of the sea, reaching Turtle Island. The hosts are a lovely family.

This place is fantastic, unique, and unparalleled. My family and I had a wonderful and memorable time here. The accommodation is super comfortable, impeccably clean, and perfect for a family stay. We also brought our little dog, who felt like he was in paradise in this beautiful setting. I regret only staying one night, but we will definitely return! Without a doubt!

The service was very hospitable and friendly as after the check out they let us stay in the pool of the hotel and the room was cleaned every day. The area outside the room was really good as well with good facilities too as it had sunscreens and an aid kit for the customers . Lastly the price was fair and equal to what you are paying for. I would definetly visit it again next year !

The hotel is in a good location. The beach is 5 minutes away . It was quiet. There were two shops not far away.

You are surround by olive groves - and if wanted - it's just a short drive in several directions to some beautiful small beaches where the water is beautifully warm - and certainly not overcrowded. Heaven!!!!
Well worth hiring a car for the duration of the stay.

Lovely location overlooking Cameo Island, where my niece got married. Was a great location for boat excursion & restaurants, we loved the village feel away from the main resorts.
We even saw turtles & a shooting star.

We had a stay at the private villa in Lithakia (July 2021). We enjoyed the amazing Laganas beach with many really great restaurants and bars. Local tavernas, especially Ole Ole is something special. Very tasty and beutiful restaurant. Directly from the beach we bought great tours - turtle spotting (must-see, especially from the small taxi boat), small islands. It's still always a good idea to rent a car on Zakynthos just in order to see everything. We had 7 days stay and only 4 of them we had a car but it was enough to see I suppose 80% of the island and enjoy another beaches and Shipwreck view

We booked the budget rooms. They were bigger than they looked in the photos, which was good. We had access to the main hotel's swimming pools and breakfast. The breakfast buffet was awesome; English breakfast, Continental breakfast, yoghurts, fruit, sweets, pancakes; there was a selection of everything. There was a supermarket just opposite and a tavern almost next door. Also the beach was nearby.
We got a warm welcome by Danny when we arrived. It is a nice and clean hotel. Pool is good and a very good relaxed atmosphere. Just very good value for the money and would recommend all my friends.
