The transfer service is excellent. The room was very well insulated.
Varaba Country House is located in Markopoulo. This be-spoke, accommodation consists of five suites, which each open out to a patio with views over the well-tended garden.

The property was nice. The room was large. It was close to the airport which was why we used this hotel. The staff/owner was great with the communication. We were on a cruise before with limited email and text and they used several different methods to communicate with the best one “WhatsApp”. The communication was very important because it’s more of a self service situation. Key placed in a lockbox with a code and instructions in an email. It worked fine for us and our friends. Three rooms all together between us.
The property is within a block or two of a couple of good restaurants and small convenience stores.
Had to walk 15 minutes to the only grocery story. Not many options for food, didn’t see any other kinds of shops either.
Beautiful open rural area but very difficult and expensive to get a taxi. No public transportation appears to be operating there in April. I would only stay here if I had a rented car.

Great place to visit, the beach, the view is incredible althought the hotel area is a kind of dirty with trash bags thrown on the street here and there. We'll recommend to pay a visiit to this place.
