I recommend this place. It's clean and quiet. Nice owners, they speak English and are helpful. We have a private bathroom and a private kitchen in the room. The accommodation is located close to the forest and the beach, and there is a safe parking lot for guests, where you can park cars and motorcycles.

It was pretty amazing! The hosts are exceptionally nice and helpful, you are on the beach after a 2 minutes walk from the location, there are restaurants and a shop very close as well, the nature there is just stunning, the food is delicious and in general I would recommend staying in Kokkino Nero and in Villa Katerina to everybody who loves nature, peace and quiet (at least that's how it was in late June).

The host was really nice and helpful, the place is just by the sea and the sound of the waves was amazing at night.
Cochino nero is a beautiful little place with lots of trees.
Cochino nero is a beautiful little place with lots of trees. Nearby is the excellent Platio Amos beach. Medicinal water from a stream flows through the place. There are enough different shops and restaurants. The bakery is excellent.

The nice feeling I got in the village.
The nice feeling I got in the village. People were so nice, kind and polite.
Hlidi hotel was much more than I expected, much better, cleaner, on better location etc.
If you need a place just to rest, sitting on the beach watching locals and other travelers, this is a place for that. No hurry anywhere!

We spent a couple of days there but it was very nice and...
We spent a couple of days there but it was very nice and relaxing.The place is a short walk from the beach. The beach itself is rocky, but there are other sandy beaches nearby.
Would love to come back again.
