Olive oil mill was fantastic in all respects. There was nothing that was not provided for. Kitchen and fridge well stocked which is just as well as there is very little in Kokkala. Our host was so kind and we adored his little son. Loved his vegetable garden. We loved it here and felt so welcome and immersed in the Greek way of life. The beach below Olive mill was lovely ..we loved watching the children swim. Kokkala is off the beaten tourist trail which suited.

Kokkala now a sleepy village at the beginning of October but one traditional taverna open serving usual Greek options and a shop.
So toro’s the host was friendly making pancakes for us with local honey and cinnamon That was a welcoming gesture.
Think we will be back another day!
