The rooms are cleaned daily. The breakfast was good. The hotel is located at walking distance to the center of Chaniotis. Also the room was spacious enough with sea view (not beachfront). All needed facilities were available.

We liked the sea, it was very clean and we could see small fishes swimming inside. Also we liked food, especially we liked Garrys the king of gyros, portions were big and cheap, compared to other places. And also , we liked Collibri greek taverna, the portions were big, the prices were a little expensive, but dishes was delicious!

Nice little town, good for family vacation or just looking for some more tranquil place to stay with cozy central part with lots of places to eat and do some shopping (make sure you go to Farros tavern - great place with awesome food and LARGE portions, one plate is good for like 3 people, just so you know :)) If you're looking for a party place - Kalithea is the place to go - we had to go there by taxy, it's around 15km away, but if you're strictly party people and want to dance your guts out every night, you might just stay in Kalithea and not spend 20-ish EUR on taxi trip, one-way).

Overall, Hanioti was quite nice. We loved that it's vibrant, you have a lot of shops, restaurants for all tastes, souvenir shops.
The beach has small pebbles on it, I would recommend you get shoes for it. We bought them from a shop in Hanioti, they were 10 euros a pair, really worth it.

Hanioti is a small summer resort with beautiful beaches. There are lots of restaurants and Cafe restaurants. Atmosphere in nights are nice and the streets are a little bit crowded but with good mood. There is a Church also.

A small shore village in the middle of Kassandra peninsula, has a lot of restaurants, arcade games and couple of bicycle and motorbike rental stores. It's 3 km north to Pefkochori and 4.5 km south to Polychrono.
While the village itself doesn't have any unique attractions, you can find a kart racing park in Polychrono (4.5km) and a floating waterpark in Pefkochori (3km).
Bottom line: perfect place for a family vacation where you can enjoy beautiful beaches, great restaurants (Apxontiko, Βουνό & Θάλασσα) relatively remote and relaxed and several attractions at a vicinity of 5km

The apartment is spacious, stylishly furnished, perfectly clean and on the beach. It has its own covered parking for the car. The hostess Eleni is extremely hospitable and attentive. He welcomed us with a basket of very delicious food and drinks. Throughout our stay he was interested in how we were doing and if we needed anything. We parted with very warm feelings and freshly prepared food from Eleni. We will definitely go again for a summer vacation. The view from the huge terrace is incredible.
This is one of the best places to stay while in Hanioti. We had a great time there and the host was very nice, friendly and helpful. We were at the property before Checking In time, and we have to had a Zoom Meeting, the host helped us, he menage to give us internet and place to have the Zoom meeting. Also we were there with our dog and this stay was great for him too. We had the room with a garden view where he was running around and playing. This place and the host really made our stay in Hanioti exellent and remembrall.
The hotel is great overall. Rooms are clean, staff is friendly and breakfast is good as well. It is about 5 minutes away from the main area in Hanioti. The only 2 comments I would have is that there is no way to keep the water from splashing the entire bathroom when you shower and when people are on the adjacent balconies talking you can hear everything. Not a big deal unless they choose to talk until 2am. Again, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back if we are in the area.
Iam travelling since i remember myself..I have visited over 50 hotels all over the world and now I can say with confidence that the hanioti melathron is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff is very kind and always try to make the customer happy. The location is perfect right next to the sea and the hotel space is amazing for children and adults. The rooms are very big and comfortable and the rooms as well. Next year the Hanioti melathron will be the first hotel we will visit.
The hotel location is excellent, on a walking distance to the beaches, the village center and the tavernas. At the same time the place is really quite and peaceful, with great garden. The room was clean and with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It was cleaned every day and the towels were exchanged on the third day. Great hosts. Absolutely recommended! We will come back if we plan a trip to Chiniot's again.

This is a fabulous hotel. The staff was so helpful and friendly, the room was comfortable and very chic, the bed was perfect, and the breakfast was great. The location was good too, close enough to the beach to walk (3 mins) but far enough to avoid the noise and heat. The owners clearly put a lot of effort into getting the details right. We really enjoyed our stay.

The facility has a nice garden and a pool with a bar. Rooms are decent to good, clean, and the staff very responsive. There is a private free parking near the building, in the garden. The pension is located near on the main road in Hanioti. Easy access to good restaurants and to the center by ciuples minutes walk.
This was the best stay we've chosen in Kassandra! The owners are so kind and so nice, it's only 100m from the beach. The rooms are very clean and spacious with all the amenities you need. Beautiful view with balconies, an amazing garden and overall a 10/10 stay! I will only be staying here on our next travels.
We loved the apartment! It's newly renovated, modern and clean. It has all the facilities that you may need: dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, oven, hairdryer.. literally everything.

Lovely hotel in the center of Hanioti, on a quiet street. The rooms are confortable, very clean and nice furnitured. The staff is very nice and friendly. It was a pleasure to meet them and to stay at this hotel. Highly reccomended this location to stay in Kasandra.
The apartments are located in the center of Chaniotis, you can park your vehicle close to the building, a lot of shops are nearby as well. It was very easy to collect the keys because they were left on the door.
