Coffee machine in room with a bottle of water on arrival and can get decaf capsules. But bottled water not replenished during stay, and there is no ground decaf coffee anywhere in the hotel.
Desserts in the restaurant were interesting and delicious.
Client relationship manager was very attentive and did her best to improve our stay despite the hotel’s many shortcomings.

Nothing, although there were good aspects such as Jimmy the drinks guy (brilliant). Overall the incredibly poor service from staff Iike Naya and Alex meant our stay was a disappointment and one I would recommend others avoiding.
The resort is a nice 3 star, it is certainly not higher than that.

Beautiful resort, plenty of bars and restaurants . The Avli and Thomas Grill and Meze were favourite places to eat, got to mention Crossroads bar for all football on tv they work tremendously hard. The beach is amazing with beautiful clear water .

We ate at Tasty corner every day. Very reasonably priced and excellent food. Service very friendly. We also recommend visiting Avli restaurant and YummyLab.
Prices vary a lot from stall to stall - at one stall a tunic was 12 €, at another the same tunic was 25 €. It's like that with all things and you have to look around a bit.
Even in the market, the prices seem quite high at first glance, but then you look a little bit and you find more affordable products.

Good place re restaurants/bars, friendly people but the beaches are a bit naff due to the big rocks on the shore and having to use the pontoons to get into the sea. Plenty buses out and about. Plenty cocktail bars.

Wide selection of bars and restaurants for every budget and plenty of shopping for all. Multiple options for trips to Kos or by boat to the other islands and Turkey and close to the airport for very quick transfers

Kardamena is a charming and friendly fishing village. Lots of wonderful restaurants and bars to choose from. The locals are very helpful and friendly . A short distance from the airport so you are in and out of resort quickly. The airport is new and modern. Plenty of boat trips to other islands.

A perfect place to stay overnight and have a lovely breakfast before travelling further. Close enough to Kos airport and ferry ports. It is beautiful to see different generations of people work for the hotel. We were served by a very polite elderly gentleman at the reception. It makes this hotel a bit more authentic. We also liked their breakfast concept. It is a well thought combination of buffet and ordered extras such as an omelette. This hotel has a lovely pool area. The pool was very clean.
A wonderful calm oasis on Kos. Nikos and his family are amazing, helpful and kind hosts. The rooms were very spacious and extremely clean. The next town is a 20min walk or a quick bus trip away and has lots of restaurants, bakeries and grocery stores. The beach is fantastic and very quiet. A lot of other guests are returning every year and I'm sure I will be returning too.
Simple but super clean room, housekeeping does a great job. The pool was fantastic, most of the time I had it all for myself. Staff are great, owner is a very nice guy and the staff at the poolbar are really enjoyable. Had some really nice converstations with Nikos. Center is 5 minutes walk (bit tricky partly using the side of the road).
Brilliant location with amazing views over the water. Room was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed! was brilliant having access to the sunbeds as well - best place for a swim! Would absolutely recommend / stay here again the next time we are in Kos.
Beautiful apartment with.massive balcony, sea and mountain views and within easy reach of beach , Shops, bars. Lovely welcome from hosts Kreta and kostas. Apartment cleaned everyday, fresh towels frequently and bed sheets changed regularly.
