Not the most beautiful place if you compare it to other Greek islands.It is a fishing port which has grown slightly to include a number of coffee shops and tavernas.You can find supermarkets, chemist, ATM, bakery ,rooms to rent, scooters and car hire.

We had such an amazing stay at Aiolis Rooms. The hospitality and friendliness of the hosts was fantastic, even considering the language barrier. Every day we were surprised by small acts of kindness such as homemade calandula cream for sunburns, local aperitifs, coffee, olives etc. The rooms are within 5 minutes walk to the centre of Kamariotissa. Highly recommend a stay with these beautiful people! (Pro tip: buy some of the Calandula cream which is made by the host from flowers grown in the garden and other local & natural ingredients)
The hotel is at a very convenient location and the sunset view was breathtaking! My room was clean, comfortable, quiet (just as I specifically asked) and reasonably priced. The hosts were very kind, hospitable people and also helpful, as they made sure to provide all the information I needed about the island. I look forward to visiting this island and this cosy accommodation again!
We LOVED this place. We had been to many in the island but this is the best. Location so you can go to both sides of the island, facilities, sparkling clean but most importantly the absolute best hospitality we have experienced in Greece (and I am Greek :)). Sakis was an exceptional host - offering us coffee, sweets, and in general making us feel like home. Loved it.
The location of the house is very good, it is close to the center and other points on the island. The hotel does not have a parking problem. The sincerity and friendly approach of the hotel's staff is very good.
