It was comfortable, clean, and the location was fantastic. Maria the host was most welcoming. If you just was to relax, this is the perfect place. Kalafatis Beach is less than a 10 minute walk. There’s a lovely restaurant right by the beach. If you walk another few minutes there’s Agia Anna 2 beach (there’s Agia Anna 1 somewhere else on the island) This Beach has a super fancy bar/restaurant, but just to the left there’s space to lay out your towel away from the bar crowd.
With magnificent views over the sea and the famous windmills of Mykonos Town, Ilio Maris features elegant guestrooms with Wi-Fi and 32’’ TV and quick access to the beaches by bus.

View on the pool and from the room is awesome, the front desk Greek gentleman -forgot his name lol- was very helpful in providing good advice on places to visit, breakfast was rich with varieties and great taste

The restaurants in Kalafatis are all amazing - different vibes but definitely would recommend that you visit all.
You do need to rent a scooter or car if you want to move around the island quite a bit, however, Imove is a great app that is really easy to work with for those ad-hoc trips if you don't have your own car.

Beautiful beach facing east (beautiful spot to watch the sunrise), quiet and peaceful, quite windy but that is something that I liked (cooling effect) and I could see that it is also ideal for windsurfers.

The villa was amazing, so clean and fresh the location was beautiful with views of the ocean and just a short walk down and a lovely beach bar to grab drinks.

The location was fabulous, host excellent with communication pre arrival and whilst there. Cannot describe in words how wonderful the hotel is which has been created by Arnaud and Gerry. Stylish, interesting and very comfortable.
The room was comfortable, spacious and well designed. We especially love the mosaic decorations around the hotel and in the room. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Would recommend for couples and family.
