The house was near the Haraki beach, it was like 10 seconds with a car. Also, 15 min to Lindos with a car. I recommend this place if you’re planning to go to beaches everyday.

Haraki is a small town with lots of tavernas, lovely for a quiet holiday away. The bay is like a horseshoe shape lined with tavernas. The backdrop is an ancient ruin acropolis and lit up at night, beautiful to see. The town is friendly and it felt many people return year after year. If you want to se more of Rhodes you would need to hire car or bike, or arrange some trips.

small village on the sea shore, under development, with little options all around. rocky beaches, few tavernas with not so great food, depressing landscapes. not crowded, not so popular as other villages.

Charaki is a very slow-pace, peaceful & paradise-like beach...
Charaki is a very slow-pace, peaceful & paradise-like beach area.
It takes some 50mins from airport to get to there by car.
Public transport is not recommended cos the “nearest” bus stop is way to far especially when one has luggage on wheels (from own experience).
Beach itself is priceless. Water is crystal clear cos of smooth pebble stones, also very calm as in a bay.
Two supermarkets and a few restaurants available all within short walking distance.
Book a taxi for some €20 and you are in next town Lindos where the Acropolis is.
And for me personally, am so grateful there is no nightlife entertainment establishments there which is really quiet at night.

I have been coming to Rhodes for over 10 years and always...
I have been coming to Rhodes for over 10 years and always visit Haraki for day trips. This time I decided to stay for a week and loved everything.
The sea was warm and inviting.
The bars and restaurants were excellent and not pricey.
The local shops had all that you needed for self catering.
Just love the place!

Haraki is a charming, relaxing village and it was a perfect location for our holiday. The beach is beautiful and the people were lovely and friendly. We had some excellent Greek food in the local tavernas. It is not a place to go if you are looking for nightlife and thrills but ideal if you want to relax. It's easy to walk around and there are a couple of supermarkets where you can find everything you might need. It's easy to drive to Lindos and other places of interest and about a 45-minute drive from the airport.

We had the most wonderful time.
We had the most wonderful time. Our first visit to Rhodes Island. Our hosts Kostas and Diana are lovely people. They live on site so are always on hand. They could not do enough for us. Fresh oranges every day. Flowers from the garden. Fresh towels and sheets and villa cleaned mid stay. The local people are very friendly and the island is clean and safe. Some lovely beaches to visit and lots of local villages to explore. Highly recommend for couples and families alike. A car is an absolute must to get around and explore.

The location of the apartment was the best. Balcony with sea view. Large bedroom and also large room with kitchen, two beds, dinner table and a lot of space. There were everything you needed in the kitchen and also a big closet and drawers in the bedroom. Both of the rooms had AC. The hostess Georgia was so welcoming and we felt very well taken care of. The building has a lovely terrasse on the roof, for every guest to enjoy. Charaki itself is a little paradise on earth. I can only give my best recommendations!
The apartment is really nice, fully equipped and located front sea in the quiet village of haraki. Samantha and John are extremely nice and available for any need. The position of haraki is ideal to explore the island of Rhodes and the best beaches, not far from Lindos.
Loved the studio style, and the outlook to the sea, good little kitchen and all very smart. Really enjoyed Haraki, a smaller place than many resorts in Rhodes with excellent restaurants. And brilliant to have a pool
We found the villa to be clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Kostas and Diana were always on hand to help with questions and Kostas advised us on directions and parking for Rhodes town.
