This is a small treasure. The hotel is immaculately well maintained, very clean. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. The weather in October is mild, not too warm or too windy. Perfect sea temperature. The beach is very clean and natural. Mostly sand. Perfect for families with children. The breakfast on its own could be a reason to book this hotel. We didn’t book for half board, but ended up eating dinner for most of our stay. The dinner is open buffet with quite a few options for salad, soup, main courses, and dessert.

Nice location within olive garden. Magnificent views of the surrounding cliffs and the sea in the distance. Very convenient cottages with all necessary equipment. The road to the property is a bit tricky; follow the signs to Studios Crete.

The staff were really polite and friendly - there was a relaxed atmosphere about the hotel. You could see that it was really well maintained and very clean as the staff were readily available throughout the day. Beautiful surroundings, great facilities. Everything super clean, comfortable rooms and a great view from the balcony in sea view rooms. The hotel has its own beach with sun-beds and umbrellas as well as swimming pools. Sunbeds and umbrellas available at all times. On the beach there are different water sports available. The food was excellent all around. Lots of choices in the buffet restaurant. All-inclusive program is top-notch (with high quality food and drinks all included in the price)

Very clean beaches and warm water even in October-November.
Very fresh air among the olive trees.
You can feel the atmosphere of the old Village while living in the new premises.
Ferma village is a little forgotten peaceful gem, where you can find everything you need for life: nice tavernas with tasty food: Katerina, Steki, good supermarket Astron, cafe "Route 76".
Don't forget to walk on the beach around the old abandoned 1000 rooms "Ferma Beach Hotel" to the small port, it's an experience in itself!

Beautiful place with lots of tourists. The region is generally very touristic. It has some amazing places to eat, especially in the nearby Makri Gialos where I would recommend breakfast and coffee at Coukos Island and Italian rizotto with mushrooms for lunch at Diaskari, Makri Gialos.

a nice area of Crete with beautiful sea, in many different neighbouring gulfs, some interesting sights near by and good food. A good spot to explore eastern Crete, but certainly one needs a private car and be prepared that there are no highways around!

A relaxing place surrounded by nature, among the olive trees, with a beautiful garden and well attended studios with everything you need. Super comfy bed.
The tavern that is 5 minutes away has great food and friendly staff.
There is a nice beach (Ferma beach) that you can get to on foot, it takes some 15 minutes, and plenty of the more famous Cretan beaches to reach in about 60 to 90 minutes by car. Roads are good and pretty empty in late September.
The room was clean and equipped with everything needed for a pleasant vacation. We had a great sleep on the beds and despite the warm weather outside our airco saved the night. The pool has perfect size and we enjoyed it very much after the lovely beach time we had. The atmosphere around the hotel is amazing with its nature. Our hosts were really friendly people, ready to assist with any query. We will definitely come back for a longer period.
I enjoyed my holiday at Ferma Hill Apartments a lot and extended my stay from 4 to 6 nights! It's a perfect location for hiking, diving and day trips. The "private" beach is superb, it even has a waterfall and most of the time no one else was there! The apartment is well equipped, cute and cozy - exactly like on the photos! I would definitely stay there again. Anna and her daughter are very nice and welcoming - thank you so much! :-)
