Super ! Very nice owner, the property is fully renovated and really clean :) looks as boutique hotel! We spent here 5 days and were really happy with our stay. You have new clean room, possibility to order breakfast, small swimming pool with beds, specious parking. Well located as well - 20 minutes walking from Falassarna beach. There is a new small shop just next to the entrance so you can buy all necessities. There are plenty of nice resteurants around. View point just 5 minutes on the top of the hill.

We stayed one week at Romantica Apartments and had such a nice time. The apartment is clean and comfortable, has an own balcony with nice view on the garden and the sea. Close-by nice tavernas and beach clubs. The hosts are so kind and hospitable, we even got to taste fruit and vegetables from their own garden (delicious). Definitely recommended if you’re looking for a sunny and relaxing holiday!

I take it as one of the most beautiful beaches.
I take it as one of the most beautiful beaches. Beautiful sunsets. Clear transparent sea. Turquoise colours melting into the big blue. Golden sand with shades of red when sea allows it, bringing it with waves at certain times, we were lucky to witness it. In the mornings when there's almost no one around you can enjoy in the soft waves covering the san, tranquil sea sounds and sun coming on top of the mountains.

Many taverns and bars near the beach with amazing view, Spilios stood out with very good food and prices.

There is a busy section of beach but you can find quieter places North of Big Beach. The sunsets are incredible. It is cooler than other parts of Crete due to the wind. the sea is colder here too. There are amazing tavernas in the nearby town on top of the the hill.

Hotel is situated nearby beach (the closest apx 50m, larger one to the left apx 200m, for parents with babies on the right side apx 100m), at every beach sets with umbrellas and two seats per 8euro per day, with showers. On the ground floor of hotel is big restaurant, small shop with everything. Against hotel is ATM. Parking no problem, by hotel.
Surroundings of hotel is amazing, it was our third accomodation at Crete, and views were beautiful and breathtaking - important - to have a room at upper levels of hotel!
Gorgeous property with mature gardens and lovely pool area. Great view over Falasarna beach. The room was simple but comfortable. We did not eat in the restaurant but it looked lovely (the food prices seemed high to us compared to other places). The bed was firm but comfy. We stayed at 10 different hotels throughout Greece and Hotel Plakures was one of our favourites! If you want a simple relaxing stay, I would highly recommend this hotel!
Thing I really liked about my stay in Diamond Star Hotel:
(1) location (on a hill with a magnificent view over the Falasarna Beach), easy access from the road, 10-minute drive to Kissamos, proximity to a variety of local tavernas
(2) staff friendliness and helpfulness (special thanks to Angelo & Mattias in the reception)
(3) fantastic 2-level apartment with private pool and garden with easy access to the parking lot
Top place to stay! Can't really think of anything that we could not like! Everything was perfect - amiable host, very spacious room, breathtaking view, large terrace where you can enjoy unbelievable sunsets, proximity to Falasarna Beach (the best one among the beaches we have been to on Crete). We loved everything! Hope to come back to Roubini Apartments someday.

Owners were very polite and helpful with everything we needed. Although there is a cafe restaurant at the ground floor with nice terrace to enjoy a coffee, an evening drink or a snack, it was very silent.
Kiki and the rest of the staff were very warm to us. Hands on and very personal. Location is at the heart of all the best beaches of Crete. Falassarna, Balos and Elafonisi. Lovely food in Gramvousa which is 15 mins away too.
