The room, facilities, views, everything was on point. Great value for money. Parking was available on site and the host was very kind with plenty of recommendations. She made us feel very welcome and she is available anytime you need her. We only stayed for 3 nights and wished we could have stayed for bit longer. The location is quite central to everything. The host provided chocolates, juice, bread and coffee for our stay and she kept us updated on whatsapp before we even got there. The apartment itself is very private and the room was cleaned everyday.

We stayed in the beautiful Eros suite. Lovely sea views, private hot tub, spacious and really clean.
Hosts were lovely and super helpful, particularly Mike who picked us up and took us back to the airport.

We absolutely loved the hosts - they were so so helpful and knowledgable and welcoming. They even helped us figure out what to do and HOW to do it (i.e transportation). Truly going above and beyond and this is all on top of a beautiful place that felt very new - they definitely did a great job renovating and making a great accomodation for ppl looking to stay on Santorini.

Great location to stay when visiting various places in Santorini! The Venetian Castle was beautiful and walking through the old narrow streets was so very dreamy. Make sure to stop by the Old Barber Shop for coffee/juice and a quick bite to eat (accompanied by a quaint view).

I'm glad we got the opportunity to see Santorini, but we will probably never go back due to the amount of cruise ships that bring in people. You can not even walk down the streets or move around. It is crazy! The day we went the cruises were bringing 17,000 people to the island for the day!

See my review for Loukas Kontos Traditional House (in Emporio). Santorini is only 12 miles by 6 miles so very easy to see pretty much all of the island in a few days - or spend a good chunk lazing on beaches (many with free sunbeds with drinks from the restaurant).

it is quite central on the island if you wish to see both ends, bit far from oia but honestly you can just go once for the sunset and then all will be close to you, there are markets and gyros places, as well as pharmacy and bakery etc

Lovely village.
Lovely village. A walk up into the old town was beautiful with the tiny streets and white washed buildings. Lovely view over Perissa. Beautiful sunsets.
Local amenities include a couple of super markets, some small restaurants and coffee shop, bakery, bus stop.
I would highly recommend staying in Sugarwhite Suites when staying anywhere on the island. The accommodation is stunning, the location in Emporio is superb with excellent links to the rest of the island, the hosts are out of this world. 10/10

3 days 2 nights were the perfect length.
3 days 2 nights were the perfect length. Best to get around with cars if possible, but roads are windy and a bit rough for such a lovely touristy spot for international travellers. Gets crowded in the afternoon, so best to go really early for sunrise before the crowds arrive from the ferries and other towns. Oia would be the busiest, Fira next and then Pyrgos. Pyrgos was actually lovely with a square for food and walking up to the caldera views. Wonderful people and spot for photos for sure.
