The location. It was strategically located in center of Drama. Almost everything was in walking distance, including "Oniroupoli" (Dreamland), which is a local Christmas attraction for which Drama is well known.
Also, the personnel was extremely polite and helpful. Room was spacious, cozy and with good temperature (heat is radiator- and not air-condition-based). Many power outlets to accommodate the need of working from there and charging devices.
Breakfast was also great, with a small variety of option to keep everyone satisfied and last, but not least we could use the balcony for smoking, so no problem for smokers!

The studio is relatively new, very clean, and very well maintained.
Nikos is a great host, and was very clear in communicating before I arrived. I was delayed in arriving and he was there at 11pm to welcome me.
The studio has everything you would need. A fully functional kitchen with a refrigerator and stove.
The bathroom is huge, and clean. There is a washing machine in the unit.
The bedroom is air conditioned, and comfortable.
The bed mattress is a bit soft, and there's no space in the room to keep ones bag, but these are minor issues.
The location is great, with easy parking right outside. Very close to a lot of good restaurants and shops. Also close to the main road in and out of Drama.
There is Wifi, and it is strong and fast.
It has everything you might need. You can't go wrong.

The city practically livies on streams, springs and small lakes. Cafes and restaurants everywhere. Different food, remands more on lebanese kitchen. Different music, not rembetika. The city has it's own life, besides many heritage buildings.

Visit to the Christmas market called "Oniroupoli", established as the biggest Christmas event in Greece. Small neat houses, reminiscent of the homes of favorite fairy-tale characters, are lined up next to each other and glow with multi-colored Christmas garlands and magical lights. Various toys, gingerbread men and Christmas bears smile from the numerous shops of the Christmas Bazaar, and the aroma of mulled wine, various Christmas slashikis waft over the city, and Christmas carols are performed by local choirs and groups. Shows, music, dances, songs, theater productions, exhibitions, surprises for children, various interactive activities... So much choice and so much Christmas spirit is hardly possible to seethe in the streets of another town! The choice is huge, as long as you are ready to embark on the Christmas in Onirupoli adventure!

The location of the Loft Office House is very central and everything you need is within walking distance. The room is very spacious and tastefully decorated, with good views of the city and the mountains. Cleanliness was outstanding. I also found the toiletries in the bathroom quite useful. It is excellent value for money for what it offers. It will be my first choice when I visit Drama again and I recommend it to other travellers.
Very beautiful and spacious room in the centre of Drama, located near the church and all the necessary stores.
It was easy to find and the key from the room was stored right near the door. The design of the room was perfect, furniture very new, and it felt so cozy, like at home. 🥰 Kitchen and bathroom were nice and comfy too.
-Nice room.
-Amazing Staff. From the owner Sotiris and Fredericka who welcomed us, to the receptionist Katerina who has been very helpful with tips for Drama, and the lovely housekeeping Ms Sofia who cleaned and replenished the room while we were having breakfast
Everything was just great. We arrived by bicycle and they were more than happy to store our bikes safely in their basement. The room was just perfect for our needs, the staff were all super friendly and the hotel is literally 150m from the center.
The place is close to a main road which makes it easily accessible but not noisy. By car you can reach a free parking lot near the city center in 3-4 minutes. There is a very good supermarket 300 meters from the hotel. Cozy and calm, very clean.
