At first Chios town seems very noisy.
At first Chios town seems very noisy. We only stayed one night but had another afternoon waiting for our ferry home. The second time was much better. We found a nice square with a café and 2 mesodopolia just inside the old town walls.

Chios is a little gem in eastern Aegean sea. I was surprised.
It has some nice beaches for swimming but if you choose it you choose Chios for its architecture, historic stone buildings of Thiamiani stone and landscape. Not mention the masticha tree :)

I spent only two days in Chios on my way by ferry from Athens to Turkey. The first day was spent exploring the town and the second, the country side to the north onboard the green bus. For only 5 euro I enjoyed an amazing four hour adventure traversing winding mountain roads, stopping at remote villages located in spectacular and beautiful landscapes. I wish that I had at least another day to explore more of wonderful Chios.

Chios is not the most touristic of Greek islands, but it has kept its authenticity. We appreciated the huge cultural variety: from archaeology to Byzantine relics (Nea Moni is exceptional), over Genovese Kampos or the absolutely unique Masticha villages. Boat trip to Oinousses is very much rewarding too, the North is absolutely worth paying a visit of one day. Kanaris Tours is a very good option for trips, taxis are cheap and hunderd percent reliable. The food in Chios town is of high quality.

I loved the history of the island, the very friendly people and the variety of beaches both quiet and busy. Travelers who drive on the right are not so easy to travel around by car. Safer and maybe cheaper for a couple to visit the island with day tour buses.
I stayed there for 10 days and as it was my first time travelling solo as a hijabi female, I was feeling nervous. However I could not have asked for better service, the owners were incredibly friendly and could not have done more to make me feel comfortable and at ease. Really enjoyed my stay, they were always happy and friendly and recommended me things to do whilst at Chios. I would love to come here again and can not recommend this hotel enough. Usually I don’t write written reviews, however my stay at this hotel was exceptional!
everything was perfect. Giorgos is the best host ever! any location, beach, restaurant, sight seeing locations, he recommended turned out to be amazing! happy to meet him and his dad. next time in Chios, will definitely stay in their place. also, their wifi has great connection while working with a seaview;). the room is perfect even for long stays with fully equiped kitchen although we didn’t need to use it. outside of the room there is an amazinf seaview and a few nearby beaches are walking distance.
If I came back to Chios again, probably I would choose the same flat again. It is not Hotel room, just studio flat with a bathroom. The air conditioner was working perfect and view from terrace was good. It is on the last floor. Elevator directly connects to flat with no extra door.
I suggest the place because the flat was clean and cozy and also has a spacious terrace. And besides the owner is friendly, informative and helpful.
Our host was very welcoming and kind. I'd like to thank her for the hospitality :). The gifts presented in the room were exceptional, and you can clearly see that every single detail has been considered. The location and room itself are 10 out of 10. I think it's very good in terms of value for money. I'd definitely recommend this place to everyone who is considering coming to Chios.
I had a very nice stay at Seafront. The room was spacious with an en-suite kitchen. Furthermore, the wifi connection was fast and the location in front of the... sea, enabling me to combine business with pleasure. I will definitely pay another visit both to Chios and Seafront, especially given my short initial stay. Thank you also to the host for his friendly and efficient approach!

So we were surprised at first.
Anyway the owner came within 5 minutes after we call her. And she explained about the system.
The room is very spacious and have a nice balcony.
If we could come here as a holiday, we definitely choose this apartment hotel.

It was just like the pictures. The location is perfect for downtown Chios, close to the restaurants by the port. The room was comfortable. and the AC worked well. I was surprised that the room was quiet considering the outside was lively and noisy.

The studios are very clean, nice and well decorated, very convenient for family with two children like mine.

Would be ideal for couples that would stay in Chios a bit longer - like 5 days or more. Very close to markets and city center so, shopping is not an inconvenience. Very clean and the sofa was very comfortable - I even slept on it a bit.
It is very cost efficient and comfortable with a great location just at the coastal area with all restaurants and bars nearby. And especially owner of the hotel was really helpful with all information and hospitality that he provided.
Best host ever, Elena was very helpful with everything (car rental advise, neighbourhood etc) and she is so friendly that we felt like we'r at home. Spacious room and lots of windows to bring daylight into the room.
Everything was amazing! I will suggest all my friends to stay there if they ever go to Chios! Nice people, beautiful pool and sea view, amazing breakfast!
