Staff were brilliant, Joanna in particular was so helpful and gave us lots of great information on arrival. They made delicious breakfasts as well as fabulous cake that was put in our room every night!
Great location, just at the top end of town and ample parking facilities.

The property itself is in a great location, the villa itself gives out a good cozy vibe. There is a big parking space which is isolated from the road. Its a 10min walk to agios nikitas, if you’re going there on foot the road is not well lit and its a bit dangerous, after all its an open road.
The cleaning lady was good and carefull with which towels she gives you, some are for infront of the bathroom door, and those are separated.

And also, the villa was stocked with the necessary items to make the first few days relaxing. We stayed close to Agios Nikitas in Milos Luxury Villas for 4 days. The location was superb. Agios Nikitas is a very charming town down on beach level. I highly recommend T'Agnantio taverna. The town is popular and very busy, parking is difficult in high season so it is a bonus if you can stay in accommodation close enough to walk. Lefkada is very drivable and nothing is very far. Other great places we visited in Lefkada while staying at Agios Nikitas were Milos Beach, Dimosari waterfalls near Nidri, Englouvis village, Prophet Elias Church (utterly spectacular!) Karia village, Cape Lefkada, Porto Katsiki beach, and Amente (superb!) for dinner one night which was a short drive from Agios Nikitas.

I liked that there are a lot of good Greeks restaurants and shops, and you can go in the evening by walking to eat or buy something.
You can go to visit other beaches close to Nikitas:
Milos (very nice, you can reach in 25 min following a path that starts from the pedestrian area of Nikitas goes up 300m to the crest of the hill and then descends 400m to the beach or with a boat starting from Nikitas beach for 4 EUR
Kathisma beach (nice and long) 5 min with the car. If you arrive before 9 am surely you will find a free parking at the edge of the beach or later tax parking with 10 eur in the same area. Here you can enjoy a session of paragliding starting from 800 m altitude to the beach.

The room is a little bit old-fashioned, but it was OK. Might need a little more updated. I was a bit disappointed to be honest since it was a wedding anniversary and I had requested some specialty, but was not done. The Wi-Fi was not working as expected, but it was OK also . The view was gorgeous, opening up the balcony.

There is a good restaurant T'Agnino. A little bit hidden but with a great view. There is not much to do or see in Agios Nikitas. Just a place to find accommodation close to the main attractions of the island.

Agios Nikitas is a charming little one-street village with everything you need within walking distance. It has two or three grocery shops, a decent ice cream place, and two lovely souvenir shops (in May). We loved the variety and hospitality of its tavernas and cafes on the beach.
Be aware that parking is not permitted in the town, so if you are coming by car, you will have to park on the main road.

Great hosts! Right on a beautiful beach. Accommodation has all the amenities you need even your own sun-beds and umbrellas-you can be right on the beach without a crowd around you! The rooms are cute and decorated in detail; including real original art from a real Greek artist! Near (in) town center yet quite and calm. Building was designed by a family of architects combining modern and historic styles. Really a wonderful all-around experience in getting to know island of Lefkada as well the Greek culture. Cosy beds, daily cleaning service…
Apartments have an amazing view. The location is absolute perfect, is 5 min by car from the best beach in Lefkada, Kathisma Beach, best means infrastructure, parking, umbrellas, bars, restaurants, service. The host is very polite and friendly. The apartments look very good, new with all needs.
