Mary is wonderful and will make sure you'll have everything you need.
The house itself is great, with everything you'll need, especially if you are planning on coming with family.
Located in the scenic village of Monodendri 1969 feet from Vikos Gorge, the stone-built Hotel Ladias serves a traditional breakfast buffet with homemade pies and local honey and yogurt.

The village was almost empty in late April - we were the only people staying at our hotel, and we met only one more tourist couple in the whole village. One of the two restaurants our host recommended in the village was closed - we ate at the other one which was very good. The location is pretty central to the usual sights in Zagori. The village is very pretty with some nice views, especially from up the hill.

Ano Pedina is an excellent choice if you care to visit Zagori villages. It has many high quality guest houses and 2 amazing dinning places, Amalia's and Sotiria's. No pass-through traffic, quite and picturesque. We will visit again and again!

Ano Pedina is a great place to stay if you want to visit Zagoria but prefer to avoid crowds. It offers a slightly more "boutique" experience off the beaten track, and more diverse options for food and refreshments than the strictly "traditional". The village is quiet and the development is low-key and high-quality. Great views looking down the valley, very pleasant micro-climate.
