We felt great at the Magical Hotel!
We had a family room with an amazing sea view. The breakfast was very varied and the staff very kind and friendly, also the reception staff. Although we arrived earlier, they did our check-in in the morning and they helped us with all the requests we had, including the reservation for a Greek night.
When we left, they offered us a very nice gift. I warmly recommend this hotel.

Excellent hotel. Rooms extremely comfortable. Very relaxing enjoyable stay. Great breakfast with lots of choices. We ate in the hotel twice in the evening and the buffet was excellent. The staff in the restaurant and bar area couldn’t have been more attentive.

I highly recommend Golden Evelyn, we had 2 apartaments with sea view, very spacious and clean. Also everyday they clean the rooms and change the towels.
Our host, Christos was so nice, his hospitality was seen from the first day when he welcomed us with beers and dessert. Anything we needed he was there to help us.
It has private parking inside his yard, it is a quite place, very close to Agia Paraskevi beach and also close to a very good restaurant.
Villa Maraki sits on a tree-covered hill, 150 metres above the beach of Agia Paraskevi, near the settlement of Platanias.

I had a wonderful stay. My studio was spacious, nice private terrace, nicely decorated, very warm and pet friendly welcoming. Pool bar is nice and relaxed in the evening time. For me, could not have asked more for my stay :)

Amazing one week holidays at villa Frederiki. The view from the balcony and from the bed is astonishing. The surroundings are like heaven - the plants, trees, flowers, the birds, the insects sounds, the smells of flowers, trees and of the sea, the beautiful quiet, really reconnect you with the beauty of Earth and your soul. Not very long hours for sleep as at 3 am the moon on the sea makes one of the best natural paintings you can see from your balcony. And at 7 am the beach is so welcoming for a long divine swim in the clear water. Elena and her family are so nice and friendly and ready to help with anything, She picked me from the airport and back at perfect timing so the travel was soft and easy. Excellent super tasty food 3 minute walk from the villa. Will definitely come back very soon. Thank you so much !

The house is close to the bus station and only a few minutes walk to the beach. Shops and restaurants are close by and everything can be reached easily by foot. The host was there when we arrived, so we received the key from her directly. The host was very helpful and provided lots of information around our stay in Skiathos. The beds are very comfy and room service is available every day to make the beds and provide new towels and bed linen regularly as needed. It is a quiet place and the AC is working properly, which was important during the hot days and nights in July when we were there.

A pleasant resort with a fantastic beach, which has busy as well as quiet areas.
Some nice restaurants spread along the main road and back lanes, but not always the real Greek taverna style. Surrounding countryside is beautiful and there are some lovely walks, but beware some accommodation is a long way from the beach and main road. There is no pavement along the main road, so when walking you have to be wary of cars, busses and lorries.
Great to be near bus stop 16.

Typical greek village strung along a main road but with supermarkets and lots of hotels and tavernas, and a few quiet side roads with bars and tavernas. Beach is really good, one of the nicest I have ever been to. Loads of sunbeams for more but enough free sand to just take a towel. Great bus links very frequent from Skiathos town to koukounaries and everything in between.

Its easy and cheap to get to Skiathos town and up and down the island to other beaches by bus.

The beach is so nice and clean and there quite a few amazing hotels and restaurants there. Agia Paraskevi is midway between Skiathos town and the popular beaches in the east (Koukounaries, Agia Eleni and Banana Beaches).

Great location - hard to beat.
We returned this year to Golden Evelyn, this time with a 10 months baby, and we had the same great experience as the previous one. Christos, the host, has been always there for us, he facilitated the airport transfer and also helped us rent a car that has been brought directly to the location. We highly recommend this facility for all that it offers - cleanliness, spacious apartment, proximity to the beach, tavernas, supermarkets, and the most important thing, the great host!
We have stayed here for only one night but everything was just great. The lady who received us was very nice and polite, the apartament was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was for every taste, the pool was clean, the garden was beautiful. The one thing we dind't enjoy was the coffee because was with a flavor and sweetened.
We really enjoyed our stay here and we will definately come back next time we will be in Skiathos.
This was a great choice! We had a wonderful time! The location was amazing right across the beach and with a bus stop right outside. Very easy transportation to town and all other beaches on the island! The host was great and extremely helpful! The room was very nice with all the amenities we needed. The place was really clean with big comfortable beds also! Highly recommend 😁!
Wonderful and friendly staff, amazing property, exceptionally clean and great location. The hotel has a refreshing pool and is very close to a beautiful beach, from bus stop 16, which is right around the corner you can reach the town of Skiathos easily in 15-20 minutes. The room had a very nice interior and was pretty new. Breakfast was good aswell. Over all a great stay!

The location is perfect & within walking distance of a range of tavernas, the beach and bus stop left to Skiathos town, right to Koukounaries.

He helps you with everything and makes your stay in Skiathos perfect. I would recommend Asia Paraskevi House without any hesitation.
Everything was perfect. The amazing views, the gorgeous gardens, the sparking cleanliness of the rooms and the shared places, the extremely nice hosts Vasilis and Anna Maria. You feel like you are at home. We will definitely come back to this place and recommend it to each friend who visits Skiathos.
Poly is a lovely host, who was welcoming and available all the time to help with any questions. The accommodation was clean and had everything we needed. It was cleaned regularly with new towels and bedding. One of the best properties we have stayed at in 30 years of visiting Skiathos.
