Nice hotel on top of the hill, ~15 minutes walk to city center, beautiful jacuzzi in the room. You can call a golf car from the hotel situated at the start of the hill called also Avaton, especially if you have luggage. Nice staff.

There are very good restaurants in the locality. We visited Kohyli Taverna, Pork n´ Roll, Taverna Maistrali, Taverna Avli and Infinity Blue Restaurant (totally recommend that one, great cuisine and beatiful view, but reservation is needed). The other restaurants we visited we can recommend as well. Beach is nice and clean. Easy bus connection to the city and to the most beatiful beach as well, the area is on bus stop 16. There are also some small shops with basic groceries and some souvenirs.

It is located in the middle of the island, which makes it a strategic place to visit different beaches, and at the same time it is about ten minutes from the center by bus. One of the nice beaches on the island is right there. There are restaurants, shops and bars on site.

The restaurants are amazing with very fair prices. Very close to each other and a supermarket in-between them. Beach is a few minutes walk from the main road. I honestly don't recommend renting a car or bike unless you really want to, the local bus takes you across the whole island for 2euros per person and you can catch it every 15-20minutes so it's extremely convenient.

Most of the places on the island are low key - except...
Most of the places on the island are low key - except Skiathos town of course! We felt this was probably the busiest and had some of the loveliest restaurants. AP is really central on the island (bus stop 16) and with the fantastic bus service on the island, every ten mins 2 euro pp, you can get to town or Koukanaries 15 mins either way. Last bus from town 1.30am!
The beach is lovely, we got beds at Bamboon beach bar 20 euros a set and had lunch and drinks in their bar.
Our property didn’t have a pool but everyone welcome at Villa Malakai further up.

Agia Paraskevi is a low key village wth an abundance of good restaurants.
A lovely beach. The village is on the southern bus route road making the whole island very accessible with buses running every 10 mins from 7am to midnight. Very easy to get to Skiathos Town where great boat trips to other islands are available. . Pleanty of varied accomodation to suit all budgets. Highly reccomend this area

The views from the balcony were beautiful (room
21). The property was cleaned everyday and fresh linen provided when needed. An extra bed could be made up at request (sofa bed). Staff were really helpful and friendly. A bottle of wine was provided on arrival, also a bonus. Close to Agia Paravaski tavernas and beach. The walk to the hotel is very steep but I was aware of this when booking and to get the views this short climb uphill is common in Greece.
Object is with new furniture. Nice pool and garden aroun the pool. New kitchen with almost all kitchenetes you need. Spacious and new bathroom. Nice room, comfortable beds (in three bed rooms). Basic bau good breakfast with wverything you need. Good wifi. Good parking. Kind ataff. Prices in hotel bar are affordable for all offers. Walking distance to several beaches.
The property was beautiful. The room was clean and comfortable with lovely outlooks to the surrounding mountains and greenery. The staff were incredibly accommodating and provided lots of great recommendations which made our stay at Skiathos all the more enjoyable.
Really lovely stay. Seconds from a beautiful beach, plenty of restaurants to choose from and a quick 15 minute bus into Skiathos town.
Balcony had a great sea view and Christos was really helpful with everything we needed!
