Anna Mare is a perfect stay if you want to stay near Afitos. The owner is a really great and very dedicated guy and every other staff member is also very nice. The apartment with big balcony was amazing and everything was spotless clean. The apartment, the bed rooms, bathroom, kitchen, balcony, stairs, toilet and shower by the pool, the pool itself, everything was extremely clean. Afitos is a 4 minute drive by car and the owner Spyros can give you plenty of recommendations for the neighbourhood.

Afitos is pretty touristic as it is close to neighbouring countries. The Tuesday morning market in Kassandria has a lot of local products and fresh fish. Most of the restaurants are mediocre, the lovely exception is Grigoris Tavern on the main road. Kalitea has a big supermarket.

The small town is cozy and the streets are clean, well paved and comfortable to walk. Many restaurants and some very good restaurants with excellent sea-food (red snapper, sea bass).
Regretful, the small church was closed.
There is a nice platform overlooking the sea with excellent restaurants.
The city center is closed for traffic after dark. Streets are not comfortable for cars (too small and not level).

Our favorite beach was Liosi (ponta) this time. Old city is beautiful. We have been with a car, but everything is on a walking distance. Price are a bit higher then on other places on Kasandra leg, but is worth every penny.
Restourant(see food) recommendation goes to TaGlarakija- on Afytos Strand.

We liked the busy streets, old stone houses, restaurants, bakeries and shops. We ate twice in Vouka and once in Strouboulis, had ice cream for kids from several shops, some cocktails in Notos, croissants from Lemonis bakery, shpped from Ok grocery market, even bought some nice souveniers and bracelets for the kids. The atmospehere is very cosy and comfortable.

It is one of the most charming vilages on Kassandra and if not in whole Halkidiki. Charming stone houses, beautiful seaview, nice restaurants and souvenir shops, and few boutiques with authenthic Greek designer items . There is also magnificent old church of St Dimitrios in the vilage center, I find it a "must see"

The house was very clean. There is everything you need. Only a kettle was missing, but we were okay. If we had asked the host, he would have helped, I'm sure. The host was very friendly and helpful. It has its own park. The wifi was very good. The location of the house was central. You can walk in Afytos easily. Afytos is a great place to stay in Halkidiki, and I would prefer Asteride again if I visited.
The host of the hotel is very kind and friendly person. It is new hotel. Although we met deficiencies in the room , the host solved them quickly and show his politeness. If we go to Afitos area again this will be the first and only the hotel we will choose. I`m very pleased that I met George who is very helpful and kind.
The location of the Hotel is near to the city center of the beautiful Afitos. The room was very clean. They where cleaning the room daily. The bed was very comfortable. They have their own parking place, that it is a very big plus for Afitos. The breakfast were very tasty, with homemade food. The staff was very helpful.
This hotel is a real gem in Afitos. The room was clean and spacious enough, the pool was also clean, and the breakfast had plenty of choices. The rooms got cleaned daily, which is very appreciated. Staff is always friendly.
Sparkling rooms, beautiful facilities, crazy comfortable beds, and a winning location close to everything in Afitos. Abraham and his wife are running an excellent hotel, well done to them!
