Friendly, comfortable hotel in a great location in a lovely village. Close to everything but quiet. Slightly dated furniture and fittings but everything worked and the bed was comfortable. Great breakfast for only 5 euros extra. I had the top (fourth) floor room with a sea view and a balcony that was as big as the room itself. The balcony was bigger than some flats I've lived in. Only downside was no lift so might not suit someone who doesn't like stairs.
Located in Afissos and only 500 metres from Ampovos Beach, ¨Με θέα το ηλιοβασίλεμα¨ provides accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking.

This is one of the best places I stayed on a holiday in Greece (and we do it every summer in the last few years). It really feels like staying in someone's summer house, with everything you need. Thank you, Yiannis, for your help and advice. The view over the village and the bay is beautiful and relaxing and it worths the effort of driving there on the very steep and narrow streets (4x4 and skills needed). The internet is good and the cats are friendly. And, like Björk said, it's all so quiet, yet with locals living their life. The small natural beach nearby is perfect for swimming.
Agnati Hotel Apartments is located in the centre of Afissos, just a short walk from the beach.

Two best decisions we made for our trip to Greece:
- visit Afyssos
- book a stay with Agnanti
The hotel is very accessible even if you come to Afissos by a bus from Volos.
The apartment is excellent with a great view of the sea. All amenities are available.
The owner is extremely helpful and responsive. He helped us get a taxi when the bus services were not available due to a public holiday.
Everything is nearby including beaches, restaurants and a supermarket.
All in all, it was a memorable visit.

An amazing getaway in excellent surroundings! George and his son Vangelis did everything they could to make us feel home away from home!

We recently stayed at this hotel, and our experience was truly unforgettable. The atmosphere was unique and charming, adding to the overall impression. The enormous jacuzzi was the highlight of our stay, offering maximum relaxation.❤️
The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. The staff went out of their way to make our experience even better, and everything worked perfectly. The breakfasts were excellent and plentiful, served in a beautiful setting. Overall, we rate our stay 10 out of 10.✨
We will definitely be coming back! Thank you!

Super friendly and helpful staff, the place is so pretty, the rooms were being cleaned every single day and it’s several minutes away from the main street
Small village who keeps the traditional architecture .
Small village who keeps the traditional architecture . All new houses are builded with same structure. Has downtown and hill position. There is inly one market and one mini market, and one souvenir shop.
But there are many restaurant and caffe shops, so you can enjoy in greek food.
The bigest problem in Affissos is parking , and very rare any accommodation to have parking place. All the cars are parked even on the street ( and the street is very narrow) even on the beach waht is immediately after the vilage.
Access to the sea from my accommodation was just 50 m. You can swim there if you want, but if you want to go on beach than you should walk for not more than 10 min, about 300-400 m to the Abovos beach.near by there are two more beach, but on the others the problem is parking. On Abovos you have enough parking all day. The water is warm and calm all day.

Afissos is a characterful seaside town with several tavernas offering various dishes along the front. There are beaches at either end, one big, one small and the water here is crystal clear. It is very peaceful during the day then it comes alive at night. You can find some quiet places with others playing traditional Greek music. We particularly enjoyed Arriba which has a cool vibe and served the best food, in our opinion. There is nothing brash about this place. Behind the sea front are cobbled alleyways to explore and there is a beautiful shady square providing a retreat from the hot July sun. I would recommend Afissos for a chilled, relaxing holiday.

Afissos is literally a breath of fresh air.
Afissos is literally a breath of fresh air. This beautiful seaside town was recommended to us by family who stayed there. It is located in the glorious Pelion region of Greece where mountains meet the sea.
Afissos has a wonderful range of cafes and restaurants to choose from and is close to many scenic beaches.

Afissos is the Queen of the Pelion; a delighful small town with great beaches, bars and restaurants. Laid back and stylish it is a really good base to for a relaxing time and for exploring the south Pelion area. The market town of Argolasti is about 25 minutes away and the wonderful Potistika Beach (pictured) about 35 mins by car. There are several good small hotels; Agnanti is the best appointed with superb views, but a steep climb to get there. Faros is good too and conveniently situated within 50meters of the sea. The beach restaurant Acrogiali is really good and has its own kitchen garden.

Afissos is a picturesque seaside village with great little...
Afissos is a picturesque seaside village with great little Tavernas that provide really good food, both traditional Greek and local specialities which are so tasty and must be tried. 2 or 3 fabulous beaches, some with sun umbrellas and sunbeds which are free if you are sitting on the beach by a restaurant. Such a quiet but beautifully relaxing place is a very rare thing. No loud music bars OR nightclubs and that can be said for all of these villages on the west and south Pelion. This is a place where 18-30s are missing and long may it remain so. Suitable for Couples, Older age groups who just want to relax and families with young children Totally delightful. Getting around Afissos is best on foot. A regular bus to Volos is a real bargain at €2.40pp each way and takes about 45 mins. A hire car is a good idea for travelling further afield to other gorgeous villages like Milies' Milini and Trikeri. We loved it all so much

Great welcome, great view, (upstairs is even better) everything you need, fantastic host could not have been more friendly, welcoming and helpful! Really!!
Steep walk from village which we enjoyed but not for people with mobility issues or really inexperienced timid drivers, (only drive down to property, down to village, but up and around to return) Plenty of Taverna/ restaurants choice great swimming. Excellent choice as a base for exploring the beautiful Pelion. Would highly recommend and will return!
Highly recommended! Maria is an awesome cook. The breakfast was amazing! She was also extremely helpful and very nice to interact with in general. The rooms were exceptionally clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable too. The hotel is very close to a nice beach club/beach as well.
Immaculate apartment with incredible sea views in the heart of Afissos. Maria is a lovely woman - she brought us fruit on arrival - and her place is everything you could hope for in Pelion: traditional and with air-con!
The room is right on the main road in Afissos, so it’s easy to find. I would say the room is better suited to a single traveler who is planning on spending most of the day out and about
