To begin with, the host (Mr Sawyer) was amazing. I have never met a manager, host, ceo like him. He will do anything and everything to make sure your stay is the best it can be and all is okay. A kind, genuine man, caring about the stay of his guests, wanting the best for them. Also, the beds are comfortable and very big, the views are great and the workers at the property are also very kind and welcoming. Property also has taxis to call for good prices.

Great services overall. Staff at reception were very helpful. Room cleaned daily and most restaurant staff had good communication and customer service skills. Nicely decorated lounge areas on each floor.
