This place was more than adequate for one weeks accommodation whilst working relatively local in the Kumasi area.
The cost was very reasonable compared to other major hotels located in Kumasi. The room was well maintained & clean, working air conditioning, sufficient wi-fi strength & large comfortable bed.
Staff are very friendly & helpful.
Downstairs is a very popular Chinese/Indian restaurant & takeaway. It is always a good sign when you witness lot’s of food customers (both sit down & takeaway) EVERY late afternoon & evening.
I wasn’t disappointed, food was excellent.
Would certainly recommend for those needing to be in this part of Kumasi.

The location is okay, the receptionist and the entire staff are very friendly. The breakfast was super good. The room was well cleaned and arranged with a very strong bed neatly dressed with plenty of pillows as well as a blanket. The room's interior decoration is beautiful. It is hard to hear noise from the outside because of the soundproofing. The bathroom is very big, neat and smiles well. They have a very stable internet (WiFi) connection.
The water heater was not working. As a sports fan, I could not have any of my favourite sports games because there was no TV channel for me for that purpose.
