Top location, easily reachable by car (we parked it exactly by the house) but also very quiet and with an amazing view of the mountains. As per the house itself — it is equipped with everything you might need, starting with kitchen utensils and to the insane number of big clean white towels. Even a washing machine was there, so we had a chance to wash everything after our hike. Juta — a village with great spots for hiking — is just 15 mins away by car following the same road. Stepantsminda — for restaurants, banks and other facilities — is also about the same time, going in an opposite direction.
We fit in as a group of 6 with no problem.
The host is very friendly and stays in touch at all time if something happens.

Amazing place. The host was very welcoming and even helped me with buying 10 KG organic honey. She carried it all the way up to my cottage as my car was parked down.
Very responsive host. Beautifully mountains scenery from the cottage and an amazing river close by.
