Walking the TCT and this was perfect for a break. Leri and Mari are great! They are really friendly and kind. The room was well appointed and I loved the garden. Dinner and breakfast were very tasty too.

Mari, the daughter who was home for summer break from university in Tbilisi was very kind and generous, she spoke English which helped for me.
The value was the best on my 5 day trail running through the TCT. It is the last home in the upper reaches of Etserii bordering the natural area leading up into the mountains and mazeri beyond. Stay for at least a night!
Located at the foot of Mount Ushba, this hotel is between Mazeri and Tvebishi, just 14 mi west of Mestia in Upper Svaneti.

Nice place with super host. Modest furniture, but good facilities. Good location for hike fans. Outstanding Svanetian cousin. Perfect view. Amazing host Richard, who can help you with any request. Richard is famous Norwegian writer who published several books on Christian church, Caucasian mountains and Svanetia. He fluently speaks Norwegian, Latvian, Russian, English and three more languages.

Since the nights in late September in Svanetia are pretty cold and might also be rainy, I was surprised in a good way by the fact that the guest house was big and warm. The view from our window was exceptional! Even if you do not want to hike, you still can see some beauty. The staff was nice and friendly, considered our food preferences, including the vegan diet, and prepared breakfast for us early in the morning. They are pet-friendly. Keep in mind that they have dogs, cows and horses, which might be important for reactive or anxious pets. We had no problem with them and my dog enjoyed her time in Peak Mazeri. I think this guest house might fit both people who come for hiking or climbing and people who would rather spend their time in a less adventurous way.
Located in Becho Village, Becho House features a restaurant and free WiFi. The guest house has a children's playground and views of the mountains. Free private parking is available on site.

As you might guess from the price, this is no 5-star hotel. If you are looking for luxury, there are other options in Mazeri that might suit you better. Instead, with Mila you will find a family that will welcome you to their home. They will give you plentiful and delicious breakfasts, filling both your bellies and your hearts. We had a bed, and access to a clean toilet which was all we needed. Their beautiful garden full of apple trees was a big plus. We already miss Mila and her family, we had a great stay with them.

It’s a beautiful place with amazing views and very quiet. We stayed at the cabin located in the yard of the farm, the big house has the farm. The place is a little remote with no restaurants but you can join the family for dinner/breakfast. The hosts are very nice people.
