It is a hidden gem. It is a brand new place, and this is why we are the first reviewers. Very clean place, with a great location with lots of attractions around. The host is very friendly and gave us a lot of local recommendations. The place is very comfortable it hosted our family of 5 people and there was a lot of space. The view was astonishing, we could see the mountains out of the windows 🤩 The property was clean. There were all the cutlery you could use for cooking, but unfortunately no bottle opener. There were a shop near by, where were everything you need) The hosts welcomed us with some house wine and a hachapuri 🥹

The host is very hospitable and friendly. The location of the guesthouse is perfect, with many sights, historical places and natural caves located close to Art Racha. The guest house is very clean, the mattresses were very comfortable and well situated, offering lovely views of the surrounding forest and lake Shaori. As an artist, I appreciated the opportunity to create some landscapes with my friend during our stay. The night sky here was particularly captivating, presenting a stunning experience that rivaled my previous admiration for Svaneti’s night sky.

We stayed for 3 nights here. Nice and very clean room with a bathroom. There is a nice courtyard and hammock at the second floor. We ordered a breakfast. It was made from own farm products. The owners were so hospitable that we felt like at home! Thank you!:)
