I love this place! Been here twice this summer. There is no other place like it. My family loved it. My dog ​​wanted to stay here forever. Very quiet, atmospheric place. It's like being in your own chateau. Everything is quiet and peaceful. The staff is friendly, the breakfast was phenomenal every time with a variety of homemade diary and bread. The best true Kartvelian experience in the region. Jemali, Qetino and their son Giorgi are the best hosts who will make you feel right at home. Cottages are very new, greatly equipped and just beautiful. The views of the area are stunning and the yard is very cosy, you can lay in the hammock or relax on the swings. You are right in the middle of a vineyard and watermelon fields, with mountain views all around. Do not miss the tasty and plentiful traditional Kartvelian dinner, wine tasting and the making of churchkela. Worth a stay at least for a couple of nights! Definitely a highlight of our trip in Sakartvelo. Thank you!

The house is located at the end of the street therefore it’s very quiet and you only can hear the nearby river. It designed beautifully as a grandma’s house but has all home appliances needed. The yard is beautiful, the patio is perfect for chilling, the food and services are great. It was one of the best stays I’ve ever been, highly recommended if you want to get away from the city and also have a comfort of an apartment.

Homemade grape juice from the owners' own grapeyard. No added sugar. Fresh vegetables rom the village. - There's a nearby security gate for something else, so this hotel gets the benefit as well.
