Nice little cottages that felt really cozy and a private bathroom. There was a big yard with a playground for the kids. The food was good. It was very quiet and a good compromise for a cabin get away but not getting to far away from the city.

I booked this hotel at the last moment and arrived very late in the night.
As we had pre informed someone was there waiting for us and checked us in
Next morning when I woke and went downstairs I just loved the way they have done up the dining room, conference room. Grand piano, grandfathers clock, traditional Georgian artefacts all placed in an aesthetic way extremely pleasing to the eye.
Also the breakfast was fantastic. Not included but a la carte.
The presentation of the food, taste and flavours were the best that we had in Georgia. Prices were reasonable too.

Gori is a small and quiet town in central Georgia, with a population of around 50,000 people. It is best known as the birthplace of Joseph Stalin, and it is home to a number of Stalin-related museums and attractions.
Gori is a good enough place to visit for a day trip from Tbilisi, but there is not much to see or do otherwise. The main attractions in Gori are:
Stalin Museum: This museum is dedicated to the life and legacy of Joseph Stalin. It contains a large collection of artifacts, photographs, and documents related to him. The museum isn't well-organized and informative, and thus it is helpful to have a guide to explain the exhibits in more detail. There were photos of several men, but no real explanation as to who they were. We tried to find a guide who could explain things to us, but due to a language barrier, we failed at this. The ticket price is 15 GEL (6 USD) per person.
Gori Fortress: This medieval fortress is located on a hilltop overlooking the city. It offers underwhelming views of the surrounding countryside. The fortress is in ruins and didn't really feel like it was worth a climb.
Hero Memorial: It had cool giant sculptures but with no real explanation.
I also ate at Berkin Restaurant in Gori. The food was nice, but the prices were similar to Tbilisi, so it is not a budget-friendly option.
It's clear they are very new to tourists.
Overall, Gori is a worth a visit if you are interested in learning more about Joseph Stalin or Georgian history. However, there is not much else to see or do in the town, so it is best to visit as a day trip from Tbilisi.

I've been to Gori several times of the past years. The cutleti is awesome and the fortress is a fun place to explore. Aside from the infamous Stalin museum, there is a interesting ethnographic museum and the war museum.

We have fallen in love with Gori, it is one of our most favorite places to stay now. One of the best restaurants in Georgia call Gori home, from the ruins, to the temple to the Castle, slowly walking through oldtown or visiting one of the most iconic museums in history you cant stop falling in love with Gori, the rich culture, history and friendly hosts this area has to offer is seldom found outside of major centres around the world, the city successfully hosts their offering to travelers and guests.

We stayed only one night ,but it was the nicest place we have stayed so far in Georgia.Perfectly clean,close to the centre.The owner Emma was lovely,before we even met her she was very helpful over the phone,ordered taxi for us to go to Uplistiskhe for a very good price and next day to the station.They give wine for everyone free of charge which is nice.Breakfast was delicious with different kind of chachapuri.,It was very pleasant stay.If you stay in Gori,make sure you book this place!

Right in the centre of Gori, close proximity to landmarks. Affordable. The hotel cafe serves delicious fare with decent portion size - absolutely love the Gori cutlet dish.
Nice hotel. We took a room with a jakuzi which was in the bathroom a wasn't that exciting. We used the gakuzi next to the pool. The breackfast was good.
