I wanted a place immersed in nature, and I don’t think I could have found anything more beautiful than where I stayed. The house is beautiful, cozy, and clean, with everything anyone could need. Every morning, I woke up to amazing scenery and the sounds of birds singing. Liza manages the place very responsibly and has an answer to every question you might have. She also provides great recommendations for things to do around Gomi village. The river is 2 mins walk from the camp so I enjoyed a nice swim! Additionally, Liza is an excellent cook. I had the most amazing dinner, with food that was delicious and clean, like authentic Georgian homemade cuisine. She is also very responsive on WhatsApp. Highly recommend.

I've spent over 12 months in Georgia on various trips and this was easily the best accommodation I've stayed at. The place is super clean and cozy, the people running it are the kindest and most professional I've ever met, and the FOOD is some of the best in Georgia. Their khachapuri, Shkmeruli, satsivi, and lobio are all 10/10 and are reasonably priced. Giorgi was a huge help giving recommendations for stuff to do around Bakhmaro and even offered to help set us up with trusted accomodations in other places.

I was planning a trip to Svaneti from Tbilisi and wanted to stay a few nights in the Guria or Adjara region—as some kind of pitstop. When I saw this listing, I immediately knew it was what I needed, and turns out my intuition was right. Two years ago I researched for places like this in Georgia, and I can say that it’s a breath of fresh air —not much similar to it in the country.  Very comfortable and stylish, properly made rooms, each decorated with their motive. A big plus for me was that each room has its own toilet and shower.  The second floor of the house, where the guest rooms are located, is divided into zones, and it's easy to feel some privacy if it's needed. When you observe the house and the surrounding territory, it's easy to notice that the owners have traveled and seen a lot. Each detail could tell you a little story.. The host family, volunteers, dogs, and cats are very heartwarming and pleasant. The house is located about a 20-minute drive from the beach, and it’s vibe is totally different from Ureki accommodations. Hands down it's the best guesthouse to stay in Guria, if not all of Georgia. Extremely beautiful views from this cottage. It is completely furnished with everything you need (and even more). Very friendly owner (speaks only Georgian) ready to show you and even guide you to all the interesting places around. We even went to the river fishing and to the nearby forest for mushrooms together. If you plan to discover this part of Georgia, highly recommend staying here.
